Herm, sorry to say...kepada TT, bear yourself....saya bukan niat nak tutup periuk nasik sesiapa....but as a member of the public and a doctor...It is imperative that I try to educate others on what I know, what I've seen as a doctor.....
Tuan Tanah....cara awak promote product ni kat thread ni, sorry to say, is similar to most MLM moneymakers....which is IRRESPONSIBLE.....(more harsh words are coming....bear your self....Ive had it with MLM)
Why irresponsible? I'll give you detailed reasonings. This product that you are selling is Ingestable (makan/minum, masuk mulut-perut-hadam-masuk sistem darah-organs)
1. Irresponsible for not having the adequate knowledge to promote health products that are INGESTABLE (that means going into a human body)
2. Irresponsible for making claims that are just not true and sometimes not even close from the truth
3. Irresponsible for not advising your consumers to seek medical advice first
4. Irresponsible for not providing evidence for the effectiveness of your products, backing up your claims (other than Testimonials of course)
Pada saya, anything which is not natural....anything which is made by the lab, anything which is compiled, concocted can be called medicine or drug or more appropriately POISON UNTIL PROVEN OTHERWISE
How to prove it? You do research.....YEars and years of animal trials, Pharmacology-(absorption, metabolism, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, side effect profiling), human trials.....NOT testimonials
Things which are already proven beneficial like vitamins, proteins, omega, are fine.....you can take a fruit, extract the vitamins, sell them in capsules whichever you like....that's fine.....
The worst kind of drugs are the ones that are concocted/mixed/compiled!! those are the nasty ones.....
Cuba tengok ubat hospital, ubat klinik...most of them, active ingredient satu jer.....Panadol (acetaminophen), Aspirin (salacylic acid)......ubat hypertension, ubat diabetic bla2...semua satu nama jer...satu active ingredient.....
kalau ada yang gabung pun....gabung satu-dua jer....contoh antibiotik Augmentin (amoxicillin + clavulinic acid)....
KENAPA SATU JER?
1. kalau effective, kita tahu sebab ubat tu jer
2. kalau ade side effect, kita tau itu sbb ubat tu
3. kalau ada toxicity, kita tau nak reverse.......dadah Heroin pun kita boleh reverse dgn antidote Naloxone
4. Research senang: semua specific pasal active ingredient satu jer...absorption, mtabolism, interaction bla2...
5. Senang nak compare dengan ubat lain, mana satu lagi effective, mana satu lagi bahaya?

Cuba tengok ingredient dier...macam2, root itu ini, extract itu ini....Ingredient dier sesama sendirik pun tak research habis lagi....Ingredient dier sesama sendirik pun taktau interaction apa jadi....NIH, APATAH lagi kalau pesakit tu ambik ubat lain pada masa yang sama...Who knows the dangers lurking underneath???

suka bila baca medical expert punya komen. lagi satu produk yg membesarkan payudara ni semua...kalau org tu memang ada genetik untuk dapat kanser payudara or kat breast tu dah ada small lump etc..apa jadi bila amik ubat2 yg berunsur hormon utk besarkan breast tu kan. fikir2 kan la kesannya. harap jangan la ada yg marah2 bila baca komen doktor tu. kita baca dengan hati & minda yg terbuka ya kawan2....peace... |

adakah secara general... kita tidak digalakkan makan supplement selain dr pharmaceutical? kt bod nih belambak produk kecantikan yg ingredient mcm2 dicampur by statement of 'natural' like manjakani + kolagen etc2
the thing is... sumer produk tu diluluskan KKM which leh wat consumer membeli dan makan tanpa was2.. camner tuh? |

I am aware of your concern on taking Beutskin Essence for long term will pose any dangerous effect on the kidney, therefore allow me to provide a general explanation;
1) Beutksin Essence only utilizes 100% natural ingredients thus will not burden the kidney, its ingredients have high bioavailability that promote almost 100% absorption leaving untraceable residues for excretion. As a result, kidney is considered uninvolved directly in the entire metabolism of the nutrients from Beutskin Essence.
2) Chemicals or compounds which are difficult to be metabolize by the body will eventually be excreted (detoxify) from the body. Only such ingredients will pose hazardous health issue to the liver and kidney.
3) Lastly, kidney works primarily on water soluble compounds BUT Beutksin Essence is actually a oil based supplements therefore it will not cause any harm to the kidney.

1. Ubat makan masuk mulut....
2. Sampai gastrointestinal system (perut dan usus)....anything yang boleh cair akan cair kena dengan asid hydrochloric.....anything yang carbohydrate based-pecahkan jadi polisakarida, disakarida, glucose.....anything yang protein based- pecahkan jadi polipeptida, kalau boleh pecah lagi- jadi amino acid.....
kulit capsule (gelatine) akan dipecahkan oleh asid hydrochloric dan enzyme pepsin...( take some time ).....ubat dalam capsule kluar setelah capsule nyer cair....
Specific ubat molecule yang tak boleh dipecahkan asid dan enzyme perut/usus...akan diserap masuk ke dalam kapilari2 usus.....
3. Kapilari2 usus ni begabung jadi 'Hepatic portal Vein'....Sistem darah portal.....membawa drug molecule ke LIVER (hati).....di mana mereka akan melalui Proses 'First Pass Metabolism'.....Proses ini dikendalikan oleh sekumpulan enzyme hati yang dikenali oleh cytochrome p450....antara proses2 yang berlaku adalah Reduction (penurunan), Oxidation (penaikan), Hydrolysis (pecahkan molecule air) etc.....Proses2 ini akan detoxify molecule2 ini ...(even bukan toxin, liver akan anggap mereka ni toxin/benda asing)
Almost 90% of the drug will be metabolised semasa first pass metabolism ni....kalau 100mg kita absorb dari usus, tinggal 10mg jer yang tak broken down (still active untuk member effect)....
4. Kemudian, 10% of the remainder of the drug akan dibawa melalui hepatic vein ke JANTUNG......Ini lah yang dinamakan BIOAVAILABILITY
Bioavailability- the fraction of the drug yang sampai ke sistem darah dan available untuk target cells (tempat sel2 yang mana ubat itu untuk bertindak)

The above is total and utter bullcrap....sorry to say...
Unless, you inject drug ke dalam your vein (intravenous- secara theory 100% bioavailibility, sebab all the drug went straight into your vein), NO Oral medication (yang telan) has 100% absorption ker...100% bioavailibility.....that is just wrong...
Sebab tu dose ubat yang sama, berbeza untuk IV dan Oral.....
5. Kemudian jantung akan pam darah keluar.....darah yang membawa the remainder of the drug akan pergi ke organ2 badan....di mana mereka akan diserap, digunakan...di metabolised kali kedua (2nd pass metabolism)....darah dari jantung juga akan pergi ker buah pinggang, kalau larut air, akan ditapis buang dengan air kencing...
6. Kemudian yang mana lebihan atau yang tak diserap, beserta bahan kumuh, toxic metabolite...akan dibawa ke jantung....jantung pam darah...pergi ke LIVER via hepatic artery....Second proses detoxify.....
yang toxin tak larut air akan dibuang bersama bile (hempedu)...ke dalam faeces (tahi)....
Circulation between jantung, organ, kidney, liver akan berlaku sebanyak mungkin until all the drug are gone from the system....so, second, third, fourth metabolism etc... berlaku....Di samping itu, drug itu juga akan break down dengan sendirik walaupun tanpa melalui proses metabolism....dengan HALF-LIFE mereka tersendirik....
So, YOu cannot avoid it....somehow, somewhere...all the drugs that you take...akan pergi ke liver, organs, jantung, kidney....tak boleh miss punyer......
To say that the kidney is uninvolved is wrong....
