Bad experience in New York Skin care

Last Friday, I had an eye treatment at New York centre which cost me Rm280 and it is slightly expensive than other skin care centre. Apart from the price, I had suffered tinnitus ever since. I went to seek for doctor advice and he transfered me to another doctor at ENT specialist.The doctor asked me to inquire you about my condition. Thereafter I called your New York Skin Solution Centre at Gurney Plaza where I had my eyes treatment and the irresponsible therapist there ignored my inquiries.

They leave me lie in the room with a first mask almost two hours on last Friday 03.08.2012. i were forgave for their careless then i were continue my 'facial' and eye treatment on last Saturday(04.08.2012).

i were serving by three different therapists..  

i am sensitive their product because i felt itchy after facial treatment and they said 'that is a pimple'.. At night, i am stop washing face without any cleanser, then the 'pimple' is gone on Sunday 05.08.2012.

Actually, i felt the dark cicle look more worst after the eye treatment..

After i walk out from there, i felt diminished hearing over ear side..

And tinnitus is continuous, i were awake this morning around 4a.m because this 'yee' sound!

the most i scare, will i be deaf?

Ini salinan aduan you pada nyss ke? Never trust them, ok! Dah ramai kena tipu, including me. Tapi side effect dari treatment you ni teruk jugak. And how come u easily forgive them after being ignored for two hours in facial room, with masked put on? They were so careless and irresponsible. You shud sue them.

think u can lodge a complaint with ttpm - tribunal tuntutan pengguna msia / tribunal 4 consumer claims - have u? i m amazed as 2 how ppl still get conned n ripped off by this company. google their name n u get so many complaints n claims against them.

after they let me lie in the room for two hours, i still paid expensive treatment to get tinnitus!!
they gave me stupid reason: 'registered in system already, you should paid'..
now i feel dizzy and feeling vomit..

i were purchase RM10 coupon for 1st trial in New York..
she said their eye treatment is the most famous..

cara terbaik untuk pulihkan semula kulit awak ialah jumpa doktor pakar kulit.
kalau awak takut ada masalah pendengaran, awak pun kena jumpa doktor pakar teling
hentikan juga awak punya next appointment dengan NYSC.
kalau awak masih juga pegi NYSC kulit awak nanti makin teruk.

New York Skin Solution tue memang PENIPU besaq! Banyak dah orang terkena.

aku pon terkena... sbb bnyk duit kene labur... next appt yg patut aku pegi, aku x pegi dah.. walopon berkali2 dorg tepon... buat bodo je sbb die akn tarik n tarik lagi supaya ko akn cuba mcm2 treatment die.. rase bodo sgt time tu! :@

aku pun ada gak cerita geram kat NYS ni......aku pegi sb nak wt free trial....pas dia buat analisis katanya muka aku kena wt yg rm580 tu baru berkesan...so aku x nak ....ttp berkeras nak yg free....aku ckp mahalnya 1 facial rm580....so dia buatla yg facial free tu....punya la ganas......macam tu ker facial yg bernilai 580 tu (wp free)...dia cuci muka aku x bersih....sekali je cuci terus picit2 jerawat....n letak mask...pastu dh siap masa sapu toner tu dh la toner tu x kering terus sapu moist habis meleleh sampai ke leher....siappppppppppp katanya , dia keluar aku bangun n lap lelehan tur....hampeh betul la.....dh la bilik kecik...beg aku tanya nak letak mana katanya letak jer dekat ujung katil tu (betul) bwh kangkang aku):@...masa nak bayar tu dia pujuk aku soh amek pakej rm5k......aku x nak....last aku bagi gak rm50 utk deposit (dlm hati upah sb ko dh tlg facial muka aku)....pastu dia paksa..mintak kad bank..nak pegi cek....aku cakap i tau la duit i x yah nak pegi cek...


esoknya.........

dia cl dh masuk duit ke belu,...i cakap i x minat sb service u x bagus...so i cita semua apa yg dia buat....dia masih x paham bahsa so i marah....jangan paksa2 lagi...dh la svs x bagus....mahal....ada paham..............terus dia letak talipon.....

mcm ni ker....beuty const......
