PERKARA2 MISTERI SEBELUM BERLAKU INSIDEN PENCEROBOHAN DI LAHAD DATU, SABAH !!

Terdapat beberapa peristiwa pelik/misteri yg telah berlaku beberapa ketika sebelum berlaku pencerobohan didakwa askar sultan sulu di lahad datu, sabah :-

1.) The incident involving a large group of Sulu warriors (Royal Army of Sulu) currently locked in a standoff with Malaysian authorities at Lahad Datu in Sabah is not merely about the Sultanate of Sulu enforcing its ancestral claims on Sabah.

Do not be misled as this current unfolding of events is the beginning of a much sinister ploy.

Sabah is ground zero in a conspiracy perpetrated by very powerful entities and the Filipino Muslims rebels currently at standoff with Malaysian authorities are merely pawns in a game where lives are ‘meant’ to be lost for a deceptive cause.

Claims that Sulu warriors landed in Sabah because the Sulu Sultanate was left out of the recent peace process brokered by Malaysia between Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) and the Philippines Government is NOT REALLY THE FACT!

The following are some facts and evidence that reveal why Sabah is Ground Zero:

1. The SMOKESCREEN ?

This ship – USS GUARDIAN – ran aground in Tubbataha Reefs in Philippines on Jan 17, 2013.

The USS Guardian, after it ran aground in Tubbataha Reefs is pictured on Jan. 17, 2013, by the Armed Forces of the Philippines Western Command.

This ship was ‘deliberately’ made to sail off-course. Imagine with the latest equipment on board and having sailed through the same route many times, this minesweeper ship was unable to differentiate the reefs from the waters.

Despite being warned repeatedly by Tubbataha Reef Marine Rangers, the USS Guardian commander refused to listen and stop.

He even ordered his crew to get into ‘battle position’ when the rangers tried to get on board to make a routine inspection on the ship after it ran aground.

Until today, it remains a mystery: Why were they even near Tubbataha? The Sulu Sea is so vast, and it takes hours from Puerto Princesa to reach it. Why couldn’t they see it when they had all the state-of-the-art maps and navigation systems? asked Jose Ma. Lorenzo, World Wildlife Fund-Philippines chief executive officer.

THIS is what Philippines Department of Transportation and Communication Secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya said of the US Sailors on board USS Guardian:
“Some say they probably enjoyed too much of an RnR in Subic, some said error in digital charts, some say they were doing a different thing there on their own…..”

In other words, the Secretary was trying to imply that USS Guardian was running its own 'clandestine' operation.

(For further read on the USS GUARDIAN issue, please go to: http://globalnation.inquirer.net)

Could it be that this incident created a smokescreen for some other activities to take place in the Sulu Sea and adjoining Celebs Sea?

* The date of the incident was Jan 17, 2013.

* Members of the self-styled Royal Army of Sulu invaded Sabah on Feb 11, 2013, which is 24 days later.

There was a flurry of activities involving US ships as well as rescue and salvage ships in the Sulu Sea since the Jan 17 incident at Tubbahata Reef region.

As a matter of fact, the crew on board USS Guardian were quickly rescued and whisked away to a Japan safe zone. Why were they not brought to Philippines which is the most logical thing to do?

Could it be that all this activities that ensued in the Sulu Sea could have provided an opening for hundreds of speed boats with Sulu warriors to sail into Sabah undetected?

Something is just not right with the USS Guardian.

sumber : http://my.news.yahoo.com/heard-sulu-incursion-plan-two-weeks-ahead-052504103.html

SABAH RCI Lahad Datu district officer (DO) Zulkifli Nasir has claimed that local police had informed him that Sulu gunmen were planning an incursion, two weeks before this took place earlier this year.
However, Zulkilfli testified before the royal commission of inquiry (RCI) on illegal immigrants in Sabah that he was told to keep this secret.
He also said that the Sulu gunmen were targetting Lahad Datu, but that early intervention by the authorities had kept them at bay in Kg Tanduo, some 100km from Lahad Datu town.
"Their initial target was Lahad Datu town," said Zulkifli, who has been the district officer there for the past five years.
"It is thanks to the swift action of the police, the incident never reached Lahad Datu and ended in Kg Tanduo," he said.

Zulkifli also noted that the state government had stopped efforts to relocate illegals living in squatter colonies in Lahad Datu post-2008.
He said that such aggressive efforts were under way during the tenure of former chief minister Chong Kah Kiat, but has been on the decline ever since and even stopped after 2008.
"What former CM Chong did, should have been continued. Now we have lost the momentum. So we should start again from the beginning," he noted.
Zulkifli admitted to the commission that political interference has been one of the reasons why the district office and other authorities are not able to act aggressively in curbing illegal immigrants' colonies.
"When we wanted to do it, we received requests from politicians to be careful in what we do," he said.
"They asked us not do anything drastic before the 13th general election, we were requested to do it after the 13th general election instead," he added.

Exclusive: Mystery shrouds whereabouts of Raja Muda who led Lahad Datu armed intrusion

(The Star Online) - The whereabouts of the 72-year-old Raja Muda Azzimudie Kiram who led the armed Sulu intrusion into Kg Tanduo remain a mystery.
Azzimudie or Agbimuddin, the younger brother of self-styled Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram, disappeared without a trace after he "fled'' Lahad Datu on March 11 as Malaysian security forces recaptured Kampung Tanduo, Sabah in a massive offensive.
Security forces are certain that he fled to an island at Tawi Tawi province in the southern Philippines close to Sabah but family members insist he is in Lahad Datu waging a guerrilla war.
Tawi Tawi officials believe that he is with a network of sympathisers and has kept a low profile to avoid being detained by Manila which has ordered his arrest for waging a war with a foreign country.
It has also been speculated that Azzimudie, a former assistant district officer of Kudat, Sabah in the early 1970s, was killed by his bodyguard in Kampung Tanduo and buried in an unmarked grave sometime after the Malaysian air and ground offensive to flush out the Sulu gunmen began on March 5.
In an interview with The Star, Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Hamza Taib said the police believed that Azzimudie was still alive and was hiding in some islands in his home country.
"Azzimudie is definitely not in Lahad Datu, they (Sulu spokesman Abraham Idjirani) can fly kites if they want to keep insisting that Azzimudie is in Lahad Datu, hiding and moving from one place to another,'' he said when asked about the persistent claims by the Sulu group spokesman Idjirani in the Philippines.
However, Hamza did not rule out the possibility that Aghimuddin was still planning to wage a guerrilla war against Sabah.
He suspected that Azzimudie's family members were insisting that the Raja Muda was still in Sabah because he (Azzimudie) had made many promises (before the intrusion) to Sulu gunmen, who were now dead or facing criminal charges in Malaysia.
"So to prevent him from being killed (in Philippines), they have to say that Azzimudie is in Lahad Datu and still fighting,'' he said, adding there had been no clashes between Sulu gunmen and security forces in Sabah since the intrusion was put down by early April.
Kampung Tanduo has since been closed to the public, with a security base set up at the seaside village and the state government working to relocate more than 20 local families in the area.
In a telephone interview with The Star in Manila, Idjirani, who is the brother-in-law of Azzimudie, insisted that Azzimudie was still "somewhere in Lahad Datu'' waging a guerrilla war against Sabah.
Idjirani, however, did not know the exact location of his brother-in-law.
“I know that he is hiding in a forest and has adopted guerrilla tactics and is moving from one place to another around Kampung Tanduo,” he said.
Idjirani claimed that he frequently spoke to Azzimudie.
"In fact, I spoke to him two days ago. He called us and told us that there was an encounter between the Royal Sulu Army and the Malaysian security forces in Mile 9 in Lahad Datu on June 16 and Kampung Labian on June 18,’’ he said.
The spokesman believed that the Malaysian security forces were unable to locate Azzimudie as he was no longer using his handphone.
"He is no longer is using his cell phone, as in March (during the aerial bombings), he realised that using his cell phone would lead to detection,’’ he said.
"The Raja Muda and his followers are seasoned fighters and even though the Malaysian forces have more firepower they could not defeat them," he said, in claiming that Malaysian forces were cautious in confronting them.
A total of 35 followers of Azzimudie were arrested by Philippines authorities after they returned from Lahad Datu and recently, the Philippines National Bureau of Investigations recommended  various criminal charges - including waging war with a foreign country - be brought against the Raja Muda and his followers who entered Kampung Tanduo between Feb 9 and 12.
A total of 73 intruders were killed (59 bodies have been recovered) in the nearly eight-week armed showdown with Malaysian security forces.
Malaysian police have arrested 184 people and charged 31 with various criminal offences, including waging  war against the Agong. Their cases are ongoing in court.

POLIS MALAYSIA AMBIL KETERANGAN RAJA PETRA
              BERHUBUNG RENCANA INSIDEN LAHAD DATU

(NST) - JAKARTA: MALAYSIAN police have taken a statement from Malaysia Today editor Raja Petra Kamarudin regarding an online article he wrote which implicated an opposition leader to the Lahad Datu intrusion.
The 63-year-old, who is now based in Manchester, United Kingdom, was questioned by at least two CID personnel from Bukit Aman police headquarters for about three hours at the Malaysian embassy here on Thursday.
He had flown in from Britain the previous day after agreeing to give his statement over the article entitled The Untold Story of the Lahad Datu Incident which based on the news portal, was uploaded on March 25.
He said he agreed to have his statement taken here due to legal and logistical reasons, after having consulted his lawyer and the police.
When met outside the embassy, Raja Petra said he was not at liberty to divulge the details of his police statement, except for the fact that it was about the article that he wrote. Asked to elaborate on his article, which spoke of two meetings between opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim and Moro National Liberation Front founder Nur Misuari since July 16 and Aug 4 last year, Raja Petra said he stood by his story.
He said the meetings and subsequent meetings by at least two other opposition leaders had something to do with bringing in a group of Philippine Sulus into Sabah for the purposes that was related to the elections.
"According to the information that I received from my sources is the meeting that took place was specifically to discuss for them (Sulus) coming in. And what was also discussed was the purpose of them coming in and it was in relation to the elections. I feel that there is more to this story."

Raja Petra claimed two other leaders from PKR vice-presidents and former members of parliament Tian Chua and R. Sivarasa -- also had been having meetings with people associated with the MNLF following the two first meetings involving Anwar. Observers believed that the MNLF contributed most to the forces of the so-called sultan Jamalul Kiram, who landed in Lahad Datu and Semporna, Sabah, almost three months ago.
Raja Petra's claim's echoes a recent statement on April 25 by Defence Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, who said the ministry had identified three opposition leaders -- two from the peninsula and another from Sabah -- as culprits behind the armed intrusion by Sulu terrorists in Lahad Datu, Sabah.
The subsequent attacks in eastern Sabah led to the death of 10 Malaysian security personnel.
Raja Petra said there was a politically-motivated mastermind behind the Lahad Datu intrusion, and this was meant to stir sentiments of the Sulu community in Sabah.
"The question is whether the Lahad Datu incursion was an isolated incident?
"I feel there is more to this story. It can only mean that they (mastermind of incursion) want to disrupt the elections or at least fan the sentiments. If not, why bother to do this?" He said Tian Chua and Sivarasa had never denied meeting with Misuari's people, but only denied the purpose of those subsequent meetings.
"I will not deny that I wrote the article. My name is on the article.
"I named names in my article, I mentioned Anwar met Misuari (Moro National Liberation Front leader, Nur Misuari) on July 16 (2012), and then on Aug 5.
"I even mentioned the flight number and I mentioned the hotel. I mean, very specific. You cannot create a story that's very specific because flight number you can check," he said.

Berikutan kenyataan menteri pertahanan tentang 3 suspek dipercayai dalang insiden lahad datu, berikut adalah kenyataan balas ketua pembangkang :

THE STAR/ASIA NEWS NETWORK) - Parti Keadilan Rakyat leader Anwar Ibrahim has demanded proof behind allegations by Defence Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi that the opposition was involved in the Sulu gunmen intrusion in Lahad Datu in February.
"I would like to know what so-called proof do they have. It seems that the opposition is blamed for everything - the next time Manchester United loses, they will say it is our fault," he said at a ceramah at the house of Beaufort PKR candidate Datuk Lajim Ukin here.
He alleged that Mr Zahid's statement that three opposition leaders were involved in the intrusion was yet another attempt to link him to the intrusion.
Mr Anwar added he had no issues with the Sulus, some of whom provided vital labour for Sabah's construction sector.
"The Sulu people are not our enemies. But we stand against any form of terrorism," he added.
Mr Anwar's remarks came as PKR member Darell Leiking claimed he might be named as one of three opposition members Mr Zahid said were involved. The defence minister had said authorities had evidence that the unnamed trio were the culprits behind the intrusion that decimated two villages and killed 10 Malaysian servicemen.

Mr Darell said he might be one of the three names, as he had made a trip to Manila before the February intrusion with PKR leaders R. Sivarasa and Tian Chua.
He said the trip had nothing to do with the Sulus but that they were there to get information on wanted conman Manuel Amalilio, who is accused of cheating 1 billion ringgit (S$407 million) from thousands of Filipinos and now jailed for two years in Sabah for holding a fake Philippines passport.
"We condemn the Sulu incursion and we hope no one distorts the facts to make us look bad," said Mr Darell who is embroiled in a David-and-Goliath match with seasoned Kadazandusun chief Tan Sri Bernard Dompok for the Penampang parliamentary seat in Sabah.
Mr Darell urged the authorities to publicly name the three opposition leaders accused of the plot so they can defend themselves in court.

(TMI) - The Sulu Kiram clan expects clashes with defence forces in Sabah to resume soon, noting that Datuk Seri Najib Razak is afraid of offending the state’s Suluk population in view of the May 5 general election, a Philippines daily reported today.

The Philippine Star quoted Kiram clan spokesman Abraham Idjirani as saying that clashes will resume soon after some 1,000 Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) fighters allegedly land in Sabah to reinforce the sultanate’s forces in Lahad Datu.
“At the moment, the Malaysians are very busy with their upcoming election and do not want to disturb Sabah where there are more than 600,000 Bangsa Suluk residents and voters,” he was quoted as saying by the newspaper.
Idjirani said the Bangsa Suluks in Sabah have kept strong ties with the people of Sulu.
“Prime Minister Najib (Razak) is afraid of offending them,” he said. “It might cost him votes.”
Idjirani added the Sulu commander in Lahad Datu, Agbimuddin Kiram, confirmed the arrival of the fully-armed MNLF fighters who have brought anti-tank weapons but said they have yet to link up.

                      Pengganas Kiram sewa senjata MNLF

15 kumpulan penyeludup dipercayai biayai pencerobohan

kita pakai GPMG gun (nak tau apa GPMG gun, sila google).. dorang orang TUA sulu pakai senjata lama yang load peluru satu2.. (sekali tembak sekali tarik) time tembak tiba2 jah tentera tuh punya gun stuck.. time betulkan neh lah dia kena tembak kat pipi.. (rasanya target kepala.. tapi kena sipi..

time malam2 lagi lah macam2 cerita ada.. tuh pasal KAGAT pun kena pangei.."
