Ziad al-Maqdisi citizen forced Emira yesterday from the demolition of his house of 100 square meters with his hand in implementation of the Israeli court decision alleging the building without a permit.
Emira said the court ruled the demolition of his home in the town of Sur Baher next school due to lack of licensing agency and that he carried out the demolition so they do not have access to the prison and to pay the costs of the demolition of the Israeli authorities.
He said that his case in the courts lasted for 15 years, he said, adding that in the past month of May Court hearing was held to consider the issue of his home and decided that the demolition of his home by himself.
Emira explained that over the years was not able to seek a license for a house because of the high cost of material that you need the license by the Jerusalem municipality and that he can not secure these amounts.
He said he was living in the house he and his family and his mother's 9 Anvar and that after the demolition will be forced temporarily to live in his brother's house.
