macam maintenance, aku takder masalah.... sebab yg simple aku bleh buat sendiri... yg major aku mm ...

ye2 je kau. lahabau courts marmoth tu nak ke jual murah? ada port ke? kalau ada bgtaulah.. sebab aku mmg tak tau pun pasal courts marmoth..

yang pasti meka ni cm along. dgr cerita beli skim ansuran barang courts marmoth tiap2 bulan dpt panggilan call kalau lambat bayar.. ceh.. mmg along lintah darat..

ko pegi jengjalan court mammoth tuh jgn laa hadap ngan beli ansuran cekik darah tuh... ada barang murah.. bayaar cash.... jgn hutang.... dia tak mau tolong... sekali aku dapat kat court rawang 1 set bilik tidor brand silentnight... tgk harga 2,400.. jual display set, ada pecah skit kat pintu almari dan hujung katil dia ada calar... jual RM350.. trus campak kat sebiji rumah aku... dapat laa set bilik tido...

ada tuh, peti ais RM300.... kemek sikit kat pintu dia....  yg paling best.. peti sejuk 3 tingkat jenis sharp... pintu dia abis calar2 ada budak kianat ker haper tah.... kesan calar pakai kunci keta.... harga baru RM1600.... dia jual display unit tuh RM300... aku suh dia hantar ke rumah satu lagi masa tuh kosong lagik.... pastuh aku tampal wallpaper kat pintu peti ais warna line2 paul smith.. cun plak jadinya peti ais tuh..... baru lak tuh...heheheh

ohh cmtu ek.. urm. kau tanya direct manager dia ke? ada contact tak bro? sbb courts marmoth ni setahu aku ada pangkat2 dia. cawangan? stokis? dan mcm tu lah aku faham..

kebiasaan yg menyewa bilik nih budak2 student atau pekerja2 shooping mall yg nak sewa murah... man ...

ko kena laa call semua owners/agents yg nak bagi sewa kat situ......

tenant umah aku dah 5 bulan tak bayar sewa..diorg pun senyap gak

kalau aku, dah lama bakar rumah tu & claim insurans...... bakar time diorg tgh tido......

satu sublet rm 250, takkan nk hidup rm 250 je? kena lebih acong.. sublet ni bukan beli property.. beli property mampu takkan sublet tak mampu? betul tak?

sometimes kena ambil risk dan belajar untuk tingkat kan cash flow.. perabot kt sublet tu asset kita.. berbeza dgn trader property yg asset mereka sebuah rumah? lot shop?

so kena rajin2 lah doublekan income..

digalakkan bersosial dgn owner2 homestay. sebab biasanye homestay ni kalau rumah dia ada org? atau dia tak de rumah kawasan pelanggan nak? dia akan pass kt kawan2 biz owner2 home stay. mcm2 tips dan perkongsian ada..

jd kena bersosial.. belajar minum kopi dengan owner2 homestay...
