Nicole Kidman dilanggar basikal di karpet merah

PELAKON jelita, Nicole Kidman mengakui masih gementar selepas dilanggar motorsikal ketika melalui jalan pejalan kaki, semalam.

Ketika kejadian, Kidman sedang berjalan di atas karpet merah sempena majlis sambutan ulang tahun ke-10, Francisco Costa sebagai pengarah kreatif wanita daripada Calvin Klein Collection.

Sebelum itu, pelakon yang berusia 46 tahun itu sedang ditemuramah wartawan The Associated Press (AP) di luar hotel apabila secara tiba-tiba penunggang motorsikal berkenaan melanggarnya dan menyebabkan dia terjatuh.

Kidman menambah: "Saya OK. Selepas dilanggar, saya bangun dan berjalan setempat tetapi saya menggeletar."

Jabatan Polis New Yok kemudiannya telah menahan penunggang motorsikal yang berusia 19 tahun itu dan mengeluarkan tiga saman kepadanya termasuk menunggang motorsikal di kaki lima, menunggang tanpa topi keledar serta memandu melulu.

Nicole Kidman was knocked to the ground yesterday by a paparazzi on a bike, who was a little too keen to get a picture of the A Lister but despite the accident, which she later described as "terrifying" the actress wasn't going to let it ruin her day and later walked the red carpet at the Calvin Klein New York Fashion Week afterparty.

The Australian actress, 46, had popped back to her hotel for a brief outfit change following the runway show, where she sat in the front row alongside actress Rooney Mara and Vogue Editor in Chief Anna Wintour, when a freelance photographer ploughed into her knocking her out of her stilettos and onto the floor.

Kidman lost her shoe in the accident as both parties fell to the floor, but like a pro was back in her heels in no time as she posed on the red carpet just hours later. There was no sign the actress had had any kind of drama as she smiled serenely for the photographers.

Speaking about the incident to E! News the actress reportedly claimed it had been "terrifying." "It was awful, but I got back up." "I was shaken up and I'll deal with it later," she said. Referring to the fashion show she added: "I'm here for this now. And luckily I got up but there will be a time when someone does not."

As Nicole Kidman walked back into her New York hotel after attending the Calvin Klein Fashion Show on Sept. 12,  she was knocked to the ground by an overly eager photographer on a bicycle, losing her heels in the process.



'It was awful, but I got back up,' Kidman said on the incident in which photographer Carl Wu ran into her on the sidewalk.



Cyclist Carl Wu was later cited by the police for riding his bike on the sidewalk.
