Gimme, gimme more -- kids! While promoting her upcoming album Britney Jean, Britney Spears revealed in an interview that what she really wants is to have more kids and settle down. Hey BritBrit, good thing you just signed on to do a two-year residency in Las Vegas.
"I'd like to have more kids, settle down... Have kids — maybe twins — and get married. That would be nice," she told Germany's RTL. The Grammy winner may want to settle down, but she hasn't always been lucky in love. She famously married and divorced back-up singer Kevin Federline in the public eye. In January, she called off her engagement to agent Jason Trawick. Now the sultry star is dating David "Every Dave" Lucardo. Maybe this time she will get it right? The former wild girl and now mom-of-two says what she really wants is a simpler life, outside the glitz and glamour of her public life.
"I really don't go clubbing, I don't do that," the 31-year-old admitted. "I like to stay at home, I like watching movies and eating lots of popcorn."
This image of Britney curled up in her PJs munching on popcorn is quite the juxtaposition from her sexed-up, glittering stage persona. While her Vegas show is sure to be sexed up, filled with scantily clad ensembles and an overhaul on the senses, there is one thing Britney won't be doing any time soon -- pole dancing. "I just saw on YouTube the new thing is pole dancing …They fly on the pole and go upside down and hold their body weight up. It's insane. I'd break my arm. I'd fall to the ground and break my nose." Pole or no pole, the "Work B*tch" singer is slated to begin her headline-making, over-the-top residency at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on Dec. 27.
