mcm mana nak buat otot huh ?

aku teringin gak nk ada otot2 ...klu boleh mcm C.RONALDO

tapi mcm nak buat hah...ada sapa2 boleh kongsikan tip2 tak? ..klu boleh yg ringkas dan cepat..

macam dari segi diet,workout, atau peralatan yg sesuai..,lagi satu aku ingat nk beli dumbell..tapi  for beginner agak2
berapa KG yg sesuai ?

btw for info berat aku 70 KG ..tinggi 178 cm hoho

Start workout tanpa alat pemberat seperti dumbbell and lain lain.
Contoh weightless workout adalah bumping, sit up, pull up.
Dulu nak bumping sekali pun tak boleh. Tapi bila setiap hari try. Alhamdulillah muscle mula nampak

rasanya xde care yg cepat...kalau ada satu malaysia lelaki tuff mcm ronaldo...kena usaha, rajin dan disiplin...for starting...banyakkan  main kardiovaskular dulu mcm berjoging,basikal untuk tmbah fitness dan baik untuk jantung serta buang lemak. sambil sambil tu,  cam derpyderp cakap cuba dulu body workout cam sit up, tekan tubi dan sebagainya...then pergi gymlah ...4 kali seminggu...disiplin ngn pemakanan perlu jaga... main yg ringan ringan dulu start la 5 kilo 4 beginner...banyak cara boleh main..superset, weight drop.dengan pelbagai rutin dan goal yg ingin dicapai.....satu tips...bila pegi gym..perlu ada gym buddy untuk support antara satu sama lain...dan jgn lupa mkn upplement tmbahan...

Basic: Workout, Diet, Rest.

Bila workout, kita sebenarnya injure atau kasi muscle stress. So bila kita rest, badan akan masuk recovery mode, di mana dia repair those muscles, and add a little extra layer so that next time tak senang injured/stress. Nak repair muscle, dia akan perlukan proper nutrien that should come from your diet. And repeat the whole process for best results.

Gambo aku, sebelum and now. Haha

memandangkan TT nak jadi mcm ronaldo, sy ada baca ronaldo lepas latihan bola, akan terus pegi gym dan beliau antara pemain yg plg lewat balik rumah. sy dah lupa senaman apa yg dia buat. TT boleh contohi dgn pegi gym lepas kerja

fuhhh azabnya, selepas tinggal beberpa tahun dulu...
nasib baik ada gym buddy yg ok...dia yg banyak push aku skrang ni...

bmi kau dik, 15.9 jek
which is obviously underweight

utk msk dlm kategori normal, kena tmbh berat bdn for at least smpi 53.5 kg
but better lebihkan lg
