At an age when most of us are trying to get a few extra hours tacked to our curfew, Rafferty Law is kicking his career into high gear. On Sunday, the 17-year-old son of beautiful people Jude Law and Sadie Frost made his catwalk debut during the opening night of Men's Fashion Week in London.
The teen (who looks an awful lot like his world-famous father) strutted his stuff in the DKNY Men & Esquire show. Sporting a baseball-inspired T-shirt, ankle-grazing black pants, and an edgy white arm band, Rafferty looked like a total pro, despite the fact that it was his first time on the runway.
But while he had never modeled in such a high-profile arena, this was hardly his first gig. Last fall, he signed to star in the ad campaign for Tiger of Sweden, which involved shooting a short film entitled A Different Cut. Raffi, as he's referred to in the video, appears with six other "London creatives" and is personally introduced as "the rebel." In addition to showing off the brand's latest fashions, he delivers a line directly to the camera — and seems completely comfortable doing it — which makes us think maybe he inherited more than just good looks from his thespian parents.
Prior to that, Alasdair McLellan photographed Raffi alongside Pixie Geldof for the June 2012 issue of British Vogue. He was only 15 at the time.
Still, his debut at London Collections: Men was a notable addition to Raffi's resume, so it's no surprise that his stylish father (who happens to be the current face of Dior Homme Sport) sat in the front row to watch. Raffi's mother was not in attendance, but that's okay. Something tells us she'll get plenty of opportunities to see her eldest son walk the runway in the future.
Law and Frost were married in September 1997 after Raffi was born and split in October 2003. The rising model has a younger sister, Iris, and brother, Rudy.
