Are you giving us the impression or saying that the policy of the health institutions there have always been.....show us your money first before we can carry out operations on you, even at times of need?
Are you people denied of any medical attention or procedures just because you do not have that $$$$$ ?
Do the heart machines in all the hospitals in spore operate on a cash card mode, just like your utilities cash card box..outside your homes for those who are having difficulties clearing their arrears of utilities?
