The Egyptian Museum in Turin ((Museo Egizio) - one of the largest in the world. In 1750, Charles Emmanuel III, King of the Kingdom of Sardinia and Duke of Savoy, appointed Italian archeologist, botanist and physician Vitaliano Donati professor of botany and natural history of the University of Turin.
