An unaccepetable behaviour of Chilli's OU manager to chase a family out from the restaurant just because the father ( a disabled person) was eating food from outside.
Earlier the meny was browsed and nothing suitable found for their father's dietary requirements. The family end up ordered main course for all of the other members and the son went outside just to pack the food only for their father. They also spend on appetizers and lotsa drinks from Chilli's
Just because of one food for the sick disabled man from outside, the manager said 'we sill not serve you the ordered food,please leave the restaurant

I would like to share my dining experience tonight at Chili's 1 Utama in Malaysia. We were looking forward to an enjoyable meal in your restaurant as I will be away for some times with my family however what has happened was utterly disgusted. During our meals, we have been approached by a very rude and unprofessional General Manager named Rosie/Rozee.
First of all, we are a group of 5 with my mum which she is a vegan. After looking at the menu, we found out that your restaurant does not cater any vegetarian/vegan dishes. As the waiter approached us to take our order, we enquired if the kitchen could make us a salad for my mum, and he answered 'NO' as all they can offer is within the menu. So that's fine for us, we still remain to dine in. However, as for my mum, we have to look around to get her dinner and bring it in your restaurant (not knowing a signage of NO OUTSIDE FOOD).
While all of us having our meals, Rosie approached our table requesting my mum to take away her food as she explained NO OUTSIDE FOOD ALLOW. Then I explained to her that my mum is a vegan and that there's nothing that you can offered. And she replied, though you can't have your food here and please keep it away. I felt shocked with her answer and asked if my mum could just finish her meal and refused rudely by Rosie claiming that if she has not seen her eating that's fine. We have never been to any restaurant that has such a poor customer service that cannot even try to be understanding and accommodate a customer for this reason.
This has ruined our entire dinner and we had to quit our dinner and asked for the bill. Then we had to asked someone in charged to deal with our matter. The restaurant manager came to us and apologised but why not the General Manager who has fault at first and also who is the senior person during the operation.

Branch 1 Utama memang tak sedap pun.. agaknya tukang masak dia kureng.. branch yg lain pun ke laut!
Branch yg bagus, KLCC.
Yg ambik catering pun mintak branch KLCC punya tolong sediakan..
Customer ramai non-stop.. dengar2 Harley Davidson kena pindah kat lot lain, so Chillis KLCC boleh besarkan lagi huhu..
situasi pertama: 1 family pelahap babi lepas beratur mcm batak sakai nak burger mcd free terus je duduk di chilli's terpekik terlolong borak dgn suara nyaring village people melahap mcd
situasi kedua: 1 family, bapak nye stroke kena makan makanan tertentu je, makan BERSAMA dgn family nye yg order mcm2 dari chilli's. hanya makanan bapak dia je yg outside food
so? dua2 situasi sama kah? takde belas kasihan? bapak sakit duduk je rumah tak keluar2? ke bapak join tapi makan kat luar sorang2?
ape ke bodo manager nye pon. pasti nya belaja dulu cgpa cukup makan je. tak pon mengeseks dgn lecturer nak dpt markah free
Nmpak mcm kejam tp hakikatnya memang kalo polisi restoren mcm tu, kene ikut dan pengurusan kene tegas. Sbb kenape? kalau kita beri exception sbb belas kasihan, ko hanya akan buka ruang utk org lain ambil kesempatan. So, nak tak nak, dia kene halau sbb dah tu memang rulenya. Kalo ko sbg customer x blh ikut rule tu senang je, tak payah terhegeh-hegeh makan kat sana in the first place. Byk lagi restoren yg ko leh pilih. Tapi nak gak makan kat chili yg memang rulenya x leh bwk masuk makanan luar kenape?
So far tak pernah makan lagi Chillis kat 1 Utama ni. Pernah makan kat Chillis KLCC dengan Chillis Citta Mall. Terus terang aku cakap, Chillis Citta Mall memang tak sedap. Lain sunggoh rasanya dengan yang KLCC outlet tu. Agaknya memang betul la semua orang ckp Chillis lain semua tak sedap kecuali yang KLCC jer. huhu..
