So molek lah kpn hentikan karut marut lge ni...ketegasan mcm ni kita mahu..

Dia langgar perlembagaan..heret dia sekali..rakyat mula marah baru hantar bom petrol..kalau kpn tak tegas..jgn takajut..bom betul akan meletup.

So..cepat bertindak mcm ni kita sebagai rakyat mahu..jgn takut diugut oleh org politik sebodoh lge tu.

Kes anwar liwat tu aku tak nak komen kerana aku tak tahu apa kejadah berlaku sebenarnya tu . Itu laa, antara 9000 orang ahli PPS tu berapa banyak lagi yang ada rekod jenayah yang di kehendaki polis yang telah di benarkan buat rondaan kekononnya nak kawal keselamatan rakyat ?

Sapa boleh pastikan jenayah2 yang berlaku di penang bukan angkara ahli PPS , atau orang2 yang ada kaitan rapat dengan ahli PPS sendiri yang depa jadikan sebagai informan untuk bagi tau kat mana senang nak pi rompak ?

Kerana kerajaan negeri tarak cara untuk buat pemeriksaan rapi sendiri untuk pastikan ahli2 tu ada ke idak rekod jenayah , maka its absurd untuk benarkan kerajaan negeri mana pun buat pertubuhan macam PPS tu yang boleh di anggotai oleh sapa-sapa pun gitu .

Seri Delima assemblyman R.S.N. Rayer (pic) is the latest to be arrested over Penang's Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS).

        George Town OCPD ACP Mior Farid Alatrash Wahid has confirmed the arrest.
        Rayer had gone to the police station to give his statement at about 3pm today and was then arrested by the police.
        He was told by police he is being investigated under the Societies Act.
        He is among the lawyers assisting the 156 PPS members who were arrested by police yesterday.
        Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng, who was outside the Northeast District police headquarters, said Rayer would spend the night in the police station.
        He thanked the 21 lawyers who were behind the calls for the release of the PPS members whom he dubbed as "heroes" and "heroines".
        The PPS members who were released in stages since yesterday, Lim said all of them would be receiving RM200 financial aid each from the state government.
        As for Rayer, Lim said he would be assisted by Bukit Gelugor MP and lawyer Ramkarpal Singh.
        Northeast District OCPD ACP Mior Faridalatrash Wahid, who confirmed the arrest, said Rayer was detained over his chairmanship of the PPS’ Seri Delima constituency-level committee.
        "He was arrested about 6pm to assist in our investigation because he is the PPS Seri Delima committee chairman," he said and dismissed claims that Lim would be arrested. – September 1, 201

        After challenging Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar to a debate on the legitimacy of the state Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS), Lim Guan Eng wondered when police would come after him over the unit.

        The Penang chief minister said the inspector-general of police should face him in an open debate if he was brave.
        “I challenge him to an open debate regarding what he said about PPS in his speech which was absolutely irresponsible,” said Lim.
        Lim alleged that Khalid was using the police force to arrest executive councillor Phee Boon Poh and eventually record his (Lim’s) statement.
        “We are not strong like him. We are weak but we believe in the truth and that makes us strong.
        “Perhaps I should ask Khalid when I would be arrested. I will wait for him,” said a tired Lim to reporters outside the Northeast district police headquarters in Jalan Patani today.
        He said the state government would not yield to the pressure of Khalid’s threat and stood by the truth that PPS was a legal entity.
        “I deny that PPS is made up of thugs (samseng). How can they be thugs? Just because some mass media were vengeful and several Chinese media were anti-PPS, does not make PPS a gangster organisation,” he said.
        While condemning the arrest of Phee and PPS members, Lim said: “Today is the beginning of a large-scale operation to disrupt the state government that was elected by the people.”
        PPS was formed in 2011, and its 9,002 members belong to 299 teams to provide community service and relief during disasters.
        He questioned why a similar action was not carried out by police in Kuching after hundreds of rioters torched and overturned police vehicles following a football match between Perak and Sarawak on Saturday.
        Phee who went to the police headquarters at 4.30pm yesterday to give his statement was held overnight and questioned under Section 43 of the Societies Act 1966 for carrying out activities while not being registered with the Registrar of Societies.
        Police also arrested 156 PPS members moments after they had finished taking part in the Merdeka Day march-past on Lebuh Light yesterday morning.
        Lim said he and his legal team spent hours in the police headquarters appealing to the police to release female detainees and those above the age of 60 as they had done nothing wrong.
        About 20 PPS members, including seven women, were released on police bail about 3am today but Northeast district police chief ACP Mior Faridalatrash said 63-year-old Phee would remain because he was a “special case”.
        “I seriously condemn the act by the police and their refusal to let Phee go although he is more than 60 years of age. This despite my appeal up to 3am to allow the older people go,” Lim said.
        It is believed that the remand process to detain Phee for a longer period was being carried out by a magistrate at the police headquarters. – September 1, 2014.

Kes liwat anwar tu biar aku komen

Satu2 perlakuan liwat tak semestinya dari muda..muda boleh jd imam..boleh jadi dajal..sama mcm penzina..lagi pun..kot dari muda meliwat..umum tak tahu..sbb tak ada yg repot.

So..dah tua..ada umat mcm azizan dan sepol dakwa diliwat..bila ada warganegara yg dakwa..maka keadilan harus dicari.

OK..kes ngan azizan lepas sbb masalah teknikal..tu antara dia..azizan dgn penciptanya.

Tapi kes liwat dia ngan sepol..dia didapati bersalah oleh mahkamah dan dijatuhi hukum penjara 5 tahun..so..kita yg berpegang pada keadilan dan undang2 ini tentu lah berpegang pada keputusan mahkmah..bukan berpegang apa org ckp.

Then keluar plak video China doll...fitnah gak ka?...jam omega mana?..kenapa tak berani bersumpah?..

Dari 156 orang yang polis check , sekarang 11 ada rekod jenayah yang berkaitan dengan rompakan dan kecurian plak tu , termasuk involve dengan kegiatan gangsters pun ada,  tu masih tak check yang selebihnya dekat 9000 orang lagi tu .

                            Cops: 11 of 156 arrested PPS members have criminal records                                
GEORGE TOWN: Eleven of the 156 members of the Penang Voluntary Patrol Unit (Pasukan Peronda Sukarela or PPS) arrested on Sunday were found to have criminal records, including one for being a member of a secret society, said Penang police chief Datuk Abdul Rahim Hanafi.
He said according to police records, the 11 had been involved in intimidation, robbery, theft, culpable homicide not amounting to murder, drugs or offences under the Customs Act.
"Our investigations found one of them, aged 50, to be a member of a secret society and was once detained under the Emergency Ordinance.
"Four of the 156 arrested tested positive for drugs. The urine samples of the four men, aged between 26 and 64 years, will be sent to the Chemistry Department and police will wait for the report to see whether they tested positive for drugs due to the medicines they took," he said.
   


On Sunday, police arrested 156 PPS members including its chairman, Phee Boon Poh, who is also state welfare, caring society and environment committee chairman, for ignoring warnings not to carry out any of activities after it PPS was deemed an illegal body as it was not registered with the Registrar of Societies (ROS).
Abdul Rahim said 21 of them, including seven women, were later released Sunday on police bail, while 135 were being remanded until Monday after police obtained remand orders.
"We will complete the investigation papers as soon as possible to be sent to the prosecution unit head. The investigation papers were opened under Section 43 of the Societies Act 1966," he said.
He said the 156 PPS members arrested Sunday were aged between 18 to 67 years old, and were made up of public servants, traders, private sector workers and college students.
Abdul Rahim said following their detention, police seized 154 purple T-shirts and vests and berets worn by them, walkie-talkies and their PPS membership cards.
"Police will also take action against all the other PPS members if they don't surrender themselves, and we will investigate. So far, we have the data of more than 30% of the nearly 10,000 PPS members," he noted.
He said police had never received the list of PPS members for security screening before they were recruited as claimed by the state government.
Abdul Rahim also denied that the arrests of the PPS members were politically motivated, as police had acted based on the law because PPS was not registered with ROS.  - Bernama

Perlu ka bukti bagai ?

Dah memang terang lagi bersuluh depa bukan setakat tolak perlembagaan,

malah tolak institusi Kesultanan Melayu, tolak agama rasmi Islam Sunni Syumul, tolak penduduk asal Bumiputera Melayu dan juga bahasa kebangsaan, yakni bahasa Melayu.

Penduduk cakerawala yang bijak sudah lama sedia maklum...

aku pun x peduli pps cume terkejut jugak time merdeka, time tu juga tangkap. Apa wayang polis nk mainkan? kalau polis x setuju, awal2 ban terus lah & adakan tambahan anggota polis untuk penang. utk nko pulak, walau ade aku x setuju xpi tujuan nko yg aku nilai.. nko xnak tengok melayu merempat di tanah sendiri. hakikatnya parti lerni semua korup! patut nko tubuhkan parti baru, YB Blastoff.

Maknanya 11 orang yang ada rekod jenayah tu pun akan dapat RM 200 setiap hari menurut tempoh di tangkap plak tu , seikhlas hati dari LGE yang merupakan duit kerajaan negeri = kerajaan negeri biayai penjenayah , gangster, perompak , penyamun dan pencuri .

Sebab tu aku kata tak dan apa apa lagi LGE dah siap2 pertahankan semua ahli2 PPS ni adalah tindakan bodo piangggggg tahap longkangggg

      GEORGE TOWN: All Voluntary Patrol Unit (PPS) members have been ordered to suspend their unit activities until the validity of PPS is confirmed.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said this following an ad hoc state executive councillor meeting which he chaired, this afternoon.
"I hope the people of Penang can take role of the PPS in helping the police carry out community policing to prevent crime," he told reporters here.
Lim said all 156 PPS members, who were detained, would be paid RM200 for everyday they are detained.
"Our main priority is to secure their release and to that end we have arranged legal representation for them," he said.
Lim also added that the few members who had failed the urine drug test were senior citizen consuming medication.
"They are old people with medical problem and taking medication and that's why they failed the test," added Guan Eng.
