memang ini adalah realiti, jangan dok kata mereka tak berusaha atau apa, kekadang mereka terpaksa menerima. ada degree, tapi dah tak dapat kerja lain, hadap je la jadi customer service.
yang kat gomen pun berlambak, ada kelulusan, ada pengalaman, tapi mohon kerja yang lain tak dapat, so adakah itu tanda tak berusaha. |

semua salah umno, gaji x naik, barg naik, mentaliti rakyat ke laut, rumah mahal, penjenayah meningkat sbb x cukup gaji |

alah.. yg berangan jadi majikan tu bukan niat nk kasi gaji kt pekerja pun...tp niat nak mengkayaka ...
See...belum jd majikan..dah mcm2 niat keluar..
Sbb tu jgn tahu mengeloh je.. Pasang niat awal2.,skrg aku ditindas oleh majikan..aku jd majikan nanti aku tak mahu jd kaya..untung pun sikit je.. Aku akan beri gaji tinggi2 mcm2 eluan. Bonus 5 bulan..melancung sekeluarga ke luar negara ditanggung oleh sykt.
Aku percaya...staff mesti sayang dan akan kerja sepenuh hati.. |

Saya pernah jd supervisor ajar budak2 customer svc ni..lebih kurang 300 org sepanjang perkhidmatan saya..memang ada yg pegang ijazah..tapi cukup2 mkn dan pilih salah bidang plak.
Rata2 mereka saya didik dgn skill berkomunikasi yg baik..kerja mesti siap...byk bersabar..tuntut tak kisah apa ilmu yg ada disykt ITU...krn akhirnya nanti berguna utk memohon kerja lain yg pendapatan yg lebih tinggi...yg memerlukan pekerja2 multi skill dan boleh berinteraksi dgn baik.
Alhamdullilah..rata2 mereka yg tinggalkan customer svc mendapat kerja sama ada dgn celcom..digi..telco2 yg lain dgn gaji yg lebih besar dari sebelumnya..
Malah dgn skill yg mereka ada..mereka mula meniaga spt bidang makanan, transport dan farmasi dsb..tak smpi 5 tahun mereka sudah berjaya.
So..pokoknya..Pk sendiri lah...mengeloh tu satu solution atau berusaha lagi tu satu solution.

umno salah duk bagi tanah kt cina, duk bagi pulau batu putih. duk bagi sedekah singapore kt cina. apa je umno tak buat?

Yup...dedahkan sekali yg mendapat gaji bawah 2k ni berkelulusan apa?..beri sbb2nya sekali..
yup...
setuju....
kalo setakat lepasan solely on SPM ajer, takkanlah nak gaji rm3k sebulan...dahla keje dgn org..pengalaman keje lagi?
unless lepasan SPM, bisnes sendiri, reti bawak heavy machineries, bawak keuntungan pada syarikat barulah blh demand gaji lebih2

kalo bahagian F&B and Front Off blh dapat tips lagi...
servis points lagi...
kadang2 servis bellboy lagi lumayan antara 2 nie..
tapi ada satu lagi lebih lumayan tp malas nak sebut

Dulu mak pak suruh belajar sungguh2 supaya jd pandai..dah besar boleh berjawatan besar.
Ni tak mahu dengar..kunun mak pak suka berleter pada Anak2...dah besar kena cari makan sendiri...baru tahu langit tu tinggi ke rendah..

Senior leaders of top 100 companies listed on the London Stock Exchange are earning significantly more money than respective employees, highlighting the growing pay gap between bosses and workers in Britain.
According to analysis released today by the High Pay Centre think-tank, chief executive officers (CEOs) of FTSE 100 companies in Britain are now paid around 131 times their average employee.
The figure points to a dramatic rise in executive pay in relation to most UK workers over the past three decades; the report highlighted in 1998, the average FTSE 100 CEO was paid 47 times their average employee. In 1980, analysis of six major UK companies found CEOs were paid between 13 and 44 times their average employee.
“While government figures confirm that wages for ordinary workers keep falling, it’s clear that not everyone is feeling the pain,” Deborah Hargreaves, High Pay Centre director, said.
“When bosses make hundreds of times as much money as the rest of the workforce, it creates a deep sense of unfairness.”
According to the report, WPP’s CEO Martin Sorrell (pictured) took home a pay package nearly 800 times bigger than his employees in 2013, while Next’s boss Lord Wolfson was awarded pay worth 459 times as much as his average employee.

The pay ratio was found to be highest at catering group Compass, where CEO Richard Cousins made 418 times as much as the average employee.
“Britain’s executives haven’t got so much better over the past two decades,” Hargreaves said.
“The only reason why their pay has increased so rapidly compared to their employees is that they are able to get away with it. The government needs to take more radical action on top pay to deliver a fair economy that ordinary people can have faith in.”
