no research supports whole eggs hanya patut diambil tiga biji seminggu.

ada researches support makan tiga biji telur sehari selamat dan takda kesan pada kolesterol, hanya tingkat sikit pada kolesterol (HDL) baik dan tak kesan kat kolesterol (LDL) tak baik.

mmg pun, telur kuning tu takleh amik byk..
biasa geng2 abam/akak badan ketak mmg amik byk protein tp kalo depa mkn telur rebus tu katalah amik 3 biji sekali mkn, just yg putih je depa mkn yg kuning kalo mkn pun hanya 1 atau sebelah dr 3 butir telur tu.. kira tak amik semua pun.

satu lg depa mkn telur putih mentah gak buh masa nk buat homemade protein shake.. telur kuning dibuang tak pun buat kek lapis ke butter prawn ke apa huhu

kg turun nampak sikit sbb yr fat dah tukar ke muscle.  Berat lebih kurang sama tapi size fat lagi besar dari size muscle utk weight yg sama.  Inches loss tu bukti yr body dah transform.  So jgn patah semangat bila kg turun sikit jer.

itu la yg PT sy ckp... PT sy ckp kebanyakan yg dtg gym n berenti or giveup sbb diorg xder ilmu or tak tau... diorg tgk berat sama or naik diorg gelabah... sbb tu diorg cpt giveup... PT ckp jgn ikut sgt weight... klu nak tgk pon tgk %fat n inch... so kena ukur lilit badan tu... hehe...
