Aku pun dgr yg beli ramai non-bumi & foreigner pun ramai....
Kita tanya kat sales office tu...foreigner yg ramai.....tak lama lepas tu sales ofis tutup..mcm saje buat syarat jerr ..lepas batuk di tangga gitu. Now klau ada pun x minat nk beli dah... |

Tu ada few units aje...yg saya nk beli dulu dlm 600k gitu klau x silap...pun x besar cam kondo...sold out katanya. Now x minat dah..dulu pak khalid recommend utk investment..dah pak azmin cancell. |

Kalo ko ada beli mana2 property, make sure jgn sewakan pd ummah ereb esp yg dtg dr iran syria tu sume
W/pun depa tu cuma students, tp tak berbaloi sewa pd depa

Aku tahun lepas guna proksi adik suruh sambaq hartanah baru kat KL.
Malangnya banyak aja hartanah yang sold out bila ditanya.
Kalau nak kata hartanah bawah sejuta sold out persis goreng pisang tuh.... aku tak heranlah sangat, tapi target aku untuk hartanah 1.0~1.5 juta pun haram tak nampak kelibat langsung.
Aku syak pemaju hartanah cina dap saja sorok bila bumiputera yang nak beli.
Ujung-ujung dia mengadu bumiputera tak berminat laa...tak mampu laa...pastu boleh jual mahal sikit kat spesis pelahap babi atau pendatang lain.
Akai dan taktik depa mudah baca.....
Mohon kerajaan pantau sikit set-set bangsat nih. |

Firstly, I would like to condemn in the strongest term possible the anti-Chinese sentiments in the Datum Jelatek protests yesterday.
Such protests should never be about race and it should never turn violent and there should not be any warning of bloodshed.
However, someone is not telling the truth here.
Today, Selangor PKNS released a press statement that a total of 1,097 potential bumiputra buyers have shown their interest, exceeding their expectations on the project and said that all 674 units of controversial Datum Jelatek condominiums have been registered to bumiputra buyers.

Great. Problem solved. All Bumiputra buyers - even for the most expensive units at RM8.3 million each.
However, further digging revealed that ERA focus division, a Singapore real-estate company was engaged in 2012 to sell the units to investors to international investors and buyers. In fact, in 2012, PKNS GM Othman Omar was quoted in an article in The Edge that said the en-bloc sale of two of the four towers of Datum Jelatek to investors is evidence of the success of the project.

It appears, pure greed is at the root of this controversy.
Selangor Govt only spent a total of RM65.3 million to compensate all 206 original owners of the low-cost flats that were damaged. They offered RM300k to 192 flat owners and RM550k to 14 shop owners and also offered to purchase units in PKNS's project in Antara Gapi, Rawang!
However, land nearby Datum Jelatek which includes this agriculture land is asking for RM163 million for 3.935 acres. (Datum Jelatek is nearer to KLCC and is bigger at 5.8 acres)

So, who is telling the truth?
As there were almost 1,000 protesters there yesterday, it is unlikely that this was a staged political event (which Azmin Ali suggested) but it appears to be genuine anger at PKNS and Selangor govt for excessive profiteering and for outright lying.

Haih, klu projek under PR laju je membangkang, padahal yg sblm2 ni pemimpin melayu yg byk jual tanah melayu kat cina..suap duit sikit senyap n x msuk media arus perdana pn..
Dl ms kitorg dftar mmg ramai pembeli melayu yg daftar sbb ni buat investment sbb lokasi strategik..jiran2 kitorg msing2 share info suh daftar tu yg rmai pakat2 daftar n mmg lebih dr kuota pn..xsabar nk tnggu siap.. |

ooo....aku dapat kesimpulan ramai melayu dah mampu beli hartanah almost 1 mil ni rupanya...so......jgn memekak kalau gomen abolish semua mak nenek subsidi ni......kita dah tak perlu tongkat....nak jadi negara maju musti la zero subsidi..........
