dulu ada org buat beli 3 Viva loan masuk serentak 3 bank berbeza... lepas.

kalau tak silap....bank akan evaluate based on your income  dan your current commitment,  
bank ada calculation....kalau lepas, boleh jer buat dua loan pada satu2 masa

Dik, aku tengok sekarang bank tak kesah dah layak tak layak ni.. depa main terima jer.

Kekadang pegawai nya tolong lagik macam mana nak menipu 'slip'

Tapi belakan hari adeeek jugak kena fikir / terima akibatnya

Duduk dkt penang... kami duduk dua beradik sorang 450...ok lah kan...kereta 2nd ja...
keta mahai2 bulan sampai 5-6ratus buat pa kan... satgi tiap2 bulan ikat perot...takmaulah.

duduk dua beradik sorang 450..rumah sewa ke beli dik??kalau beli nama sama??nama berdua dengan adik/kakak ke umah sewa??kalau umah sewa..kiranya adik baru loan baru 300++ sebulan untuk loan kereta..kalau rekod bayaran kereta tu cantik selama 6 bulan..xder masalah pun..pergi mana-mana bank pun dia akan luluskan loan..tapi xbanyak lah..personal loan 7x dari gaji jer kalau xsilap..kalau gaji 2.5k..boleh dapat 17.5k macam tu..tu sebelum tolak komitmen kereta..
tapi kalau adik beli rumah nama adik..walaupun bayar sorang 450..bank akan kira komitmen adik tu sebulan 900..so campur dengan loan kereta adik..komitmen adik dah lebih 50%..susah sikit nak lulus..melainkan adik keje gomen/glc..

adik nak wat personal loan untuk apa??
