Despite knowing the importance of personal hygiene, many British women  apparently don't bother to bathe daily, according to a survey reported by 'The  Telegraph'. — File pic

FOUR out of five women in Britain have admitted  they don’t shower every day.

A third say they can go for three days without  washing their body.

These shocking results were shown in a survey by  skincare products firm Flint + Flint.

The survey involved 2,021 women, aged  between18 and 50.

It also found that two-thirds don’t remove  their make-up before they go to bed.

More shockingly, one in eight do not brush  their teeth before they sleep.

Their excuse for not bathing or brushing  teeth?

They are too tired to do any of those  things.

Flint + Flint owner Maxine Flint told  The Telegraph: “I understand the appeal of a lie-in, but skipping a morning  wash is both anti-social for the people around us and unhealthy.

“We are talking about routines that literally  take minutes out of your day.

“It is so important to clean your face daily and  moisturise to slow down the ageing process.”

masa study dulu, ada kawan yang mandi seminggu sekali
tapi i sebab dah biasa mandi hari2, so apa jadi pun kena mandi..
just solat tu la.. tunggu dekat2 then marathon sebab sejuk sangat nak ambil wuduk

Hellooo. Sape yg leh mandi 2 kali sehari muaim sejuk kt sana tu mesti x pernah gi time snow or musim sejuk kt obec.. jgn over confident sgt babe. Rasa dulu sejuk kt sana.. bukan mcm sejuk ekon 16 darjah celcius tu.  Lg sejuk.. negative celcius tawww..

Aku dulu study kat England pun kdg2 tak mandi sampai 3 hari. Cuaca sejuk & badan pun memang susah nak peluh.

tak payah tggu 4musim ya...
ada seseorang yg aku kenal ni.. selamba badak jer tak mandi pagi. terjun katil, gosok gigi, basuh muka, tukar baju. gi keja..
kat opis gigih sapu losyen bagai... dia tak perasan, org keliling dia yg hazab hidu bau hamis tengik dia.

ai pun kalau sejuk x mandi walaupun duk malaysia. pagi mandi 3 gayung, petang x payah mandi.
