eh...kat sarawak pun ikut daerah tau. kalau kat sarikei rm300,000 boleh dapat rumah banglow. tp kalau kat bintulu rm300,000 tu silap aribulan dapat rumah flat jer.

400K kalu kat sabah sarawak dah boleh beli tanah.. kejadahnya rumah teres satu lot RM400k.

rumah teres rm400k di lembah kelang tak ujud kot kalau development baharu sekarang ini.
a few years back pun dah cecah RM500k untuk rumah superlink di greater KL like kajang etc.

400k boleh la kot dapat kondo yang tarah choi hauk.

tapi skang harga?

Elmina East pun dah cecah 850k - teres superlink 22x80
Elmina West pulak maybe starting price 600k, launch June maybe

kadang kesian org tanya harga rumah, nape mahal????
tapi time launch memang ramai yang cash buyer - Melayu
cash buyer - bayar ikut progress stage -

Macit, jangan laa banding rege RM400K dengan superlink.
Superlink tu dah kategori SUPER TERRACE HOUSE dah tu.

Ada jer below RM400K utk terrace house dlm lembah klang.
Buleh tanya kat Ayahanda/AyahLong Bkt.Beruntong....   @Acong
