Dia sememangnya aktif di gim dan meskipun sedang mengandung, Sarah tetap ke gim dalam usaha mengekalkan bentuk badannya.

30-year-old Californian native, Sarah Stage, who started modelling at age two has clearly been very serious about her modelling career starting at a young age, and then entering the competitive industry straight out of high school.

I guess this was also proven as she made her way into Elite Model Management, one of the world’s most prestigious modelling agency.

But Sarah’s hard work however doesn’t stop there. The exotic model of Costa Rican and European descent is now on her way to motherhood, and has documented her journey for the past 8 months via social media.

Posting selfies of her baby bump to her Instagram account of over a million followers, Sarah flaunts her stunning pregnant body, causing a stir among viewers if it’s even humanly possible that she remained as flawless and fit during her pregnancy months.

The model who’s no stranger to magazine covers nevertheless, has no secrets to that. Despite her love for cheeseburgers, sexy Sarah earns her abs by regularly working out to stay in shape even when pregnant, based on her uploads.

Many have also expressed their concerns whether the model was comprising her baby’s health by physically exercising at the same time.

No doubt it is essential for a woman to gain enough weight during her pregnancy. According to the Institute of medicine (IOM) 2009, the woman who starts with a healthy BMI (weight range) before pregnancy should gain at-least 11.3 kg throughout the pregnancy, otherwise there will be increasing risks for her and her infant that are in some ways similar to gaining extra weight.

It other cases, it also depends on the type of body a woman has. Some may experience abdominal pregnancy where the fetus grows and develops outside the womb in the abdomen, and this might just be possible in Sarah’s case.
