AccountAdministrator RM1,800 (depends on skills and experience) Balakong– Selangor Aboutthe Company Ee Kee Noodle Manufacturer Sdn Bhd wasfounded in 1986 and currently employed around 50 employees. We have over 30types of products including first product in Malaysia – Claypot Noodles. Ourcustomers are all over Malaysia, Canada and USA. Responsibilities · Data entry for daily salesreport, costing, inventory and purchases breakdown · Data entry for invoice, cashvoucher and cash sales · Receive and record invoices andarrange payment · Prepare and send invoices todebtors to ensure it is collected on time · Maintain full set of accountsin UBS system · Prepare regular report andsummary of accounting activities with account analysis and explanation for thevariances against the previous month · Prepare debtors' listings andcash flow reporting · Verify recorded transactionsand report irregularities to management · Arrange bank in of cheques andmonitor bank balances · Dealing with external auditorregarding company audit matters · Filling and update relateddocuments Requirements · Candidate must possess at leastSPM · Computer literate · Strong counting and calculationskills are required · Good communication in Englishand Mandarin (both written and spoken) · Good attention to details · Able to work independently withminimum supervision, self-motivated and good time management · Work experience in using UBSsystem would be advantage · Work experience in similar positionwould be advantage · Fresh graduates / Entry levelapplicants are encouraged to apply Full time position, 10 – 6pm, Monday toFriday and Saturday Half Day Must be able to work on shifts, weekendsand public holidays
