AN unidentified couple was spotted having sex in broad daylight at the balcony of an apartment unit in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, Guang Ming Daily reported.
Their 30-minute act was recorded by a tenant in another apartment and sent to the daily, it reported.
The tenant criticised the couple’s brazen acts but the daily did not state when the video and photographs were taken.
When contacted, MCA Public Service and Complaints Department chief Datuk Seri Michael Chong slammed the couple and said they should show some decency.
Chong urged the tenant to file a complaint to the police or apartment management so that action could be taken against them.
