The composition of the mobile concrete mixing plant

Mobile concrete mixing plant tothe mobile station for short. It mainlyconsists of six parts:

1.      Host Chassis: The cantilever of the mixingconsole chassis, The chassis includes trailer trucks, traction pin Park leg; Themeasurement on the chassis placed mixer, cement and water additives; inspectionstation, walk around a railing.

2.      Control Room: Control room inat the bottom of the host chassis mounted inside the mixing station automaticcontrol system, control system and fixed mixing station identical, workingcondition control room as a front supporting point for full station,transportation and transition control room pack used in stent empty; all thecontrol line without disassembly.

3.      Aggregate Batching System: Thissystem is located at full station rear end of the, the upper part of theaggregate (sand, stone) storage hopper, the hopper can be divided into 2 or 4lattice, and heightening plate to increase the storing capacity, pneumaticfollowed by open operation, aggregate metering for various materialsaccumulated measurement methods. The bottom is equipped with a rear axle andthe frame leg when working.

4.      Belt Conveyor: The framechassis and aggregate batching frame truss structure connecting piece mountedinside the frame of belt; the main frame, belt machine, mixing frame combinationas a whole constitute the entire mobile mixing station of the main structure.

5.      Peripheral components: for thecement silo and screw conveyor, the peripheral components, whether the work ortransport are integral parts, no need to disassemble the whole transport,disassembly.

6.      Mixing console: the general useof JS type forced mixer, can quickly and evenly mixed to complete the flow anddry hard concrete.
