saya ada satu unit acasia  yg booked atas nama saya...berubah fikiran nak beli kerana saya kna posting kerja di kl, jalan semarak..too far...sesuai untuk yang kerja di bangi, putrajaya, kajang..salesman bagitau {entah btol ker idak}..dalam 3 tahun lagi..nilai hartanah ni boleh pi  sampai 850k...dan dengan harga 521k after diskaun...free hold..non bumi/bumi pun boley...ia adalah termurah di kawasan sekitar ni berbanding dgn alam sari, bangi avenue, dan begonia yang semuanya 600k keatas.....boley emel saya ..apeapelahlabu@gmail.com

UEM SUNRISE Bhd has unveiled 274 double storey terrace homes for the Serene Heights Bangi development.

This marks the developer’s second venture in Selangor in addition to its joint venture project in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

The double-storey terraced houses worth Rm180.7mil in gross development value received an encouraging response during the sales launch last month at the Serene Heights Bangi Sales Gallery.

The double-storey terrace houses will be located in two individual precincts, with a total of 121 units in Acacia and the remaining 153 units in Begonia.

The 121 units of Acacia homes were all snapped up during the two-day launch.

According to the developer, there are still units available in the Begonia precinct where purchasers have an option of 22ft by 70ft lot size priced from RM636,800 onwards for intermediate units (2,204sq ft) and from RM739,800 onwards for end/corner lot units (1,803sq ft – 2,821sq ft); or 22ft by 75ft lots priced from RM677,800 onwards for intermediate units (2,347sq ft) and from RM781,800 onwards for end/corner lot units (2,380 sq ft – 2,756 sq ft).

Both Acacia and Begonia precincts are part of the overall 448-acre Serene Heights Bangi development with a GDV of Rm3.2bil and is expected to take approximately 10 years to complete.

Serene Heights Bangi is set to offer life’s simple pleasures with nature-inspired environment in a modern township setting located 38km south of Kuala Lumpur.

The area has easy access to schools, banks, shops and other essential amenities.

Schools nearby include SR Sri Al-amin, Rafflesia International & Private Schools and Tanarata International School. Universiti Tenaga Nasional, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, German Malaysia Institute, Univeristi Putra Malaysia, Notting-ham University and Kolej Universiti Islam Antarabangsa Selangor are also in the vicinity.

There are also several shopping malls surrounding the township, namely Giant, Bangi Gateway, Tesco and IOI CITY Mall; and hospitals such as Hospital Serdang, KPJ Kajang Specialist Hospital, Hospital Pusrawi SMC and Hospital Kajang.

The township can be accessed via three highways, from North-south Highway by exiting the Bangi or Putra Mahkota interchanges; Kajang-seremban Highway (LEKAS) at Semenyih interchange; or via the Silk Highway at Kajang interchange via Jalan Reko.

jika depa enggan pulangkan wang booking, lapor saja kat kementerian perumahan dan kerajaan tempatan
