War is not going to happen. What will/is happening is the suppression of gold/silver and high USD giving China the ability to "trade" USD (Debt) for substance (Gold).
As long as this continues to occur, no war. But if they set Gold free and stick it to them with worthless USD debt, WAR IS ON!
Here's the thing. China is engineering this crash, it is planned. Remember, everything is priced in dollars, all debt is denominated in dollars. So basically, when China is against the wall and all appears as if they will crash and burn, they will announce 10-20,000 tons of official gold reserves. And that the Yuan is now backed partially by gold. This will mean the yuan is the new reserve currency, and the dollar essentially worthless for international trade. Then, suddenly, overnight, the Yuan is worth more, so the average chinaman is wealthier. And Americans correspondingly poor.
I hope this makes sense. |

Sebenarnya msia tak export banyak ke china selain daripada commodity seperti sawit , getah and baru2 ini bauxite. China hampir sapu semua low end product ke msia. Technically msia tak depand sangat kat china.
Semua buatan msia, china boleh buat dengan lebih murah. Sebenarnya china compete dengan msia. |

Analysts are absolutely speechless to find out that China has sold as much in Treasury in the past 2 weeks, over $100 billion, as it has sold in the entire first half of the year!
China dumped those US Treasuries to defend their devaluation of their currency; it was a direct assault on the US Dollar. If China has to continue defending their devalued currency, and the current pace of liquidity outflows continues, requiring the dumping of $100 billion in FX reserves (read US Treasury) every two weeks, this means China has, oh, call it some 18 weeks of intervention ability left.
What will become of the United States if China does exactly that? What happens if they dump our treasuries every two weeks for 18 weeks to defend their own currency? Our economy will be utterly crushed by ultra-hyper-inflation . . |
