one of the best movie ive seen this year. del toro,blunt and brolin..whats not to love ..score by johan johansson mmg top notch. this is not an action packed movie, tapi ko tk terasa pacing dia slow. u can feel the tense sepanjang perjalanan filem menjadikan 2 jam berlalu dengan pantas. and u want more.

this is the kind of movie that will keep playing in ur head days after.

baru dapat tengok citer ni

citer ni best. bukan typical citer drug kartel yang penuh dengan action. tapi citer ni more to drama. tapi pembawa kan cerita ni best. kalau peminat bukan genre drama citer ni akan rasa slow tapi bukan pada orang yang minat genre drama. tak banyak aksi yang action tapi kau rasa berdebar-debar setiap minit apa yang berlaku lepas ni.

cerita ni bermula dengan Emily blunt bawak watak ejen FBi. tapi kepakaran emily blunt ni pada kes-kes penculikan. so dia ni tawar diri untuk bantu team2 yang uruskan kes kartel ni lah. tapi dorang still rasa samar2 lagi dengan objektif team yang cari uruskan kes2 kartel ni. even aku pun still tak berapa pasti objektif team ni. sampai lah dah nak dekat ending citer ni baru lah tahu objektif sebenar dorang. so sini ada a bit twist plot lah. agak menarik.

aku memang suka tengok filem yang menderaskan adrenalin,suspen,dramatik..contohnya Apocalypto, Taken, Kill Bill & Ingluorious Basterds. Memang lekat dalam kepala berhari-hari lepas tengok.

Best Sicario. Bila dok gali2 pasal cite ni, terjumpa discussion kat reddit. Diorg ubah skrip ending dia. Kemungkinan besar sebab Emily Blunt taknak buat nude scene. Original skrip ada sikit nudity.

Quick summary of the original script scene:

He doesn't threaten her with a gun to sign the statement. Instead, he breaks apart and tosses her gun (like he did in the movie), physically overpowers her and there's an exchange between the two of them. He lifts up her shirt (exposing her breasts - the nude scene that was cut) to look at the welts on her chest made from when he shot her (from the bulletproof vest). He also apologies for breaking her nose (this didn't happen in the movie). The dialogue is pretty similar to what is in the final scene in the movie. Except that he mentions she reminds him of his daughter. "You look like a girl when you're scared. Such beauty in you when you let yourself be frail. Like the daughter they took from me..." Then he tells her to leave like he did in the movie. Scene ends with her scrambling to put her gun together, while sobbing in the house, but he's gone by the time she finishes.
