katanya tuk major repair kalau lif rosak ke apa.. setau aku kalau kondo2 lama, after 10years je kot org baru collect sinking fund nie.. nie blum setahun jagung dah mintak.. memang sedut duit org je keje.. maintenance kalau tiptop takpe.. surprisingly la kan, projek tu under country heights yg konon gah tu, tapi haukk sgt projek and maintenance. masa nak jual kemain indah khabar.. bila dah siap, dapat vp..ohmygoddd!!

Yang tak laku tu saya rasa harga mahal above 400k kot? Rasanya kalau yang kos sederhana bawah 400k boleh laku lagi. Tapi sekarang ni boleh dikatakan hampir semua new launch >400k. Gila. Kesian siapa yang tak beli rumah lagi.

tak tahu la kondo pun ade ummah pprt bwk naik motor....  
lupa nama kondo apa dkt dgn uia..... klau kondo2 dkt ngan studen mmg patut elak beli utk duduk.... klau beli utk investment ok la...
semak je klau ade studen..... rumah masing2 mcm tongkang pecah

nenek moyang dulu2 duduk gua, bina rumah atas rakit, bina rumah guna buluh atap nipah...aman je konsep...boleh di fikirkan semula oleh rakyat malaysia...paling koman pon duduk bawah jambatan

tu aku ckp... blk trg hr mak sedara wife naik rumah.... ade kenduri makan2.... rumah besar rega tk sampai rm300k.... mahu tak nanges tgk...
master bedroom besar gedabak..... kat blkg.... kat tepi ade tanah lg.... bleh renovate lg.....

mmg melampau2 speculator ni.... harga rumah jd tak munasabah..... patut saiz rumah kena lebih 1000sqr feet.... 4 bilik..... 2 bilik at least....

isu harga rumah kondo mahal dah lama dah naik, mcm 2-3 tahun dah dok bincang. rumah kedai/opis lagi laaa banyak kosongggg
