Dalam matters berkaitan hartanah yang penting ialah bagaimana Developer itu boleh menjadi pemilik berdaftar. Bila developer sudah menjadi pemilik berdaftar, disebabkan oleh doktrin "indefeasibilty of title", memang susah orang yang tidak berdaftar sebagai pemilik, untuk menuntut hak milik keatas tanah itu.

Actually banyak perkara perkara kecil yang kita tak tahu. E.g. "Sungai Way" memula di sebut Sungai Wai (pronounced as you would pronounce "Why"). Sekarang if you pronounce it like how it was, people will correct you and tell you its pronounced like in Lee Chong "Wei".
