JobDescriptions:

• Handling incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries raised by customers.
  
• Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
  
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.
  
  

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Degree holder in any field with 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken & written.
  
• Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers.
  
• MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
  
• Professional job training will be provided for successful candidates.
  
• Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  
• Open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
