nak tanya sikit....if baru nak ambik product nie..kena makan SNE dulu ke or boleh makan serentak dengan BE? sebab ada baca yg SNE nie utk detox...so kena makan SNE dulu baru makan BE baru dpt kesannya cepat...betul ke?
