believe it or not....I hate vegetables and fruits!
i took multivitamins to replace them in my diet. |

kecuali those yang berangin..
kuarga labu
kuarga keledek..
buah2an
aku tak amik some buah2an tempatan
sebb too sweet ataupun dari segi kesihatan..
cam durian..aku mmg tak makan..
aku amik buah naga..
betik (fav. aku tapi utk diet darah A..betik tak berapa sesuai)
anggur..
sesekali tembikai.. |

klu sayo plak suke mkn yg hijau2 cam bayam, kangkung..klu kubis kureng ckit..

Vegetables mesti ada in every meals...kalau takdes sayur, tak berapa lalu nak makan, fav vege goes to bendi, kacang buncis, salad
Tak berapa gemor: nenas, taugeh, kacang panjang, dragon fruit |

terutama yg berdaun hijau like sawi-kangkung-kailan-lain2
saya mmg amalkan makan buah tomato segar tuh makan gitu je sambil tgk tv ke apa
kalau buah-buahan, saya amat2 memilih gak
saya kurang suka gan apple--tembikai--pear--buah naga--
mata kucing---betik--belimbing--jambu air---tembikai susu
kurang suka je tp makan gak tp sikit sgt arr & takkan pilih buah2 nih kalau ada yg lain
tp saya ambil buah2 nih dlm bentuk juice ok arrr
yang saya amat2 suka---pisang, mangga, rambutan
durian pun saya suka tp jarang gak makan |

French Beans Description
Smaller and rounder than Runner Beans, French beans can be climbing or dwarf varieties. They come in multiple colours and sizes.
Plant under glass to protect from frost. Plant 4cm deep and 10 cm apart in rows. For climbing varieties build supports for them to grow up.
Pick the pods while still young and the beans have not formed fully. More flowers will appear if picked regularly. |
