Dgn pencalonan GG yg baru kuar ni, aku rasa Emily Blunt ada peluang cerah utk lock top 5 Oscar, Bafta and SAG. First, nama dia sgt besar in Hollywood, she's an Englishwoman (Bafta) & ketiga dia sgt disenangi by the fellow actors in Hollywood (SAG).  I'm not saying that she's going to win but she doesn't need critics awards pun! Lagi pun ramai pengkritik belum tgk Mary Poppins lagi kecuali org2 dlm industy dan persatuan kat Hollywood.

It’s only been a few days since the members of the Los Angeles Online Film Critics Society released the nominees for their annual awards, and the winners have already been determined. However, don’t expect this to be an indication of how any of the major awards are going to go down later this season. Our editor-in-chief Peter Sciretta is counted among this group, and the wide array of film critics from various backgrounds makes the results skew much further from the norm than you might expect at the Golden Globes or Oscars.

However, that actually makes the Los Angeles Online Film Critics Society awards winners a little more interesting than the usual awards fare – they have awarded the adaptation of The Hate U Give Best Picture. How did the rest of the awards shake out ? Check out the full list below.
For his part, Peter Sciretta says, “I’m proud to be part of one of the most diverse film critic groups on the planet and our list is reflective of that.” Indeed, the winners list is full of diversity, far more than what we’d see at the Golden Globes or Academy Awards. Yup dia bukan oscar darling tp ntah la aku sgt optimis dgn peluang dia kali (top 5 aje bkn menang tau). Mary Poppins is the type of movie and performance that could win based on reviews, hype and box office..same case mcm Sandra Bullock dalam The Blind Side.

Satu lagi kelebihan Emily sbb Mary Poppins Returns tercalon dlm Best Picture dlm NBR & GG, secara tak langsung meletakkan dia in the strong position compare to others actresses. So, Mary Poppins is way ahead of Can You Ever Forgive Me in Best Picture race = Emily > Melissa.

Anyway, talking about The Girl On The Train, aku sendiri terkejut dia tersenarai dlm top 5 best actress kat SAG..means sokongan from fellow actors pun sgt penting walaupun dia gagal masuk top 5 Oscar.

Kannn..aku pun pelik dgn voters AMPAS ni. Personally, aku suka lakonan Emily dlm Sicario dan sgt ralat dia x dpt masuk list top 5 kat mana2 awards time tu.

Yup kes Nicole Kidman tu pun pelik juga..menang GG tp tak tersenarai kat SAG, nasib baik tercalon kat Oscar.

Of course dah tengok! Underrated giler movie ni compare to Black Panther yg soooo overrated.

Actually, distributor movie ni sedang cuba push Emily utk Best Supporting Actress tp mcm susah aje sbb calon2 tahun ni tough giler kot.

Scene yg paling tense masa air ketumban dia pecah, terpijak paku kat tangga pastu beranak dalam bath tub. Seriously mmg stress aku tgk scene ni!
