duhh! okay..here in this thread...bf means  breakfast!!

so u had a pear for bf..that's good. azza..nak senangkan u, try drink 10 mins every time before u eat..minum ni kena jaga. if not usaha2 kita will all go down the drain!

eynda...better not because it's processed. dia kata no added sugar n preservatives...tuh apasal manis sgt? camana boleh tahan lama jual kat kedai. if kita buat sendiri pun tak tahan lama...so the very tak logi! try get the fresh one...if u beli kat luar tu..kata kat mamat yg blend the buah tu...no sugar, please!

Yela.. wanna ask.. sori tak sempat nak baca semua ..

anyway i understand that for lunch.. its 10 mins of water b4 eating and 3 hrs after..

breakfast and dinner plak cam mana? same principle eh ..?

meaning 10mins before yr fruits intake.. and 3 jam lepas tu..

dinner also same izzit?

same dillah.....for every heavy meals. but for bf or when u eat fruits...u drink 10 mins before and only 20-40 mins after, pasal fruits senang nak digested.

tapi pagi tadi dah bantai nasi lemak ngan milo kat opis...
bukan sebab lapar...
sebab tension ngan peel bibik kat umah tu....

bukan i yang kata..hubby yang kata..asal tengok kita makan lebih je mesti complain..hu hu hu..

to me lak, berat sekarang ni dah ok..berat ideal pasal dah kira BMI..kalau turun lagi below 48 kg i dah consider underweight..

actually tak lah kurus sangat..biar baju2 lama tu muat semula dan seluar2 dulu dah boleh pakai alhamdulillah..pas tu maintain berat tang tu je ler...

masa anak sulung berat tak mo turun..puas exercise masih gemuk gak..dah lahirkan anak kedua baru senang turun..laju cam air terjun je..hehehehe...

you makan duromine ye? my sis pun makan gak..tapi kalau skip silap2 boleh naik lagi bagai dipam2 badan..my sis naik berat mendadak..dlm sebulan 7 kg naik..mana tak gelabah..hehehe

nak sgt ikut diet nie tapi mcm susah sgt
semlm mlm just minum sup and makan sayur for dinner
pagi ni bfast jambu and lai
lunch tadi makan koay teow kung fu
sayur 2 helai dan ayam 3-4 ketul kecik jer
pejam mata ajelah kan mcm tuh
dinner nie nak makan protein and sayur jugaklah

bab paling payah is minum air after 3 hrs
leceh betul bab nie
rasa tekak kering sgt
minum 10 mins before mcm tak cukup jer
try 1 jam pastu minum 1-2 teguk jer
lepas 2 jam lebih baru minum byk sket

well, last i ukur tinggi 2 tahun lepas kot mmg 163cm. Mmg makan duromine tapi 3 hari jek..tgk cam takde effect cam dulu dah..

so menu from last night:

dinner last nigt - 1 green apple+1 orange
bf - same as dinner.
lunch tadi - nasi separuh+kentang+sawi.

mlm ni maybe fruits lagi kot.
