Assalamualaikum semuer,

Satu lagi jenis masakkan telor yg teman makan dulu semasa kat BKK.
Deme pukui teloq tu.......then goreng nipis cam buat KETAYAP.

Lepaih tu deme goreng pucuk paku + udang kering + cabai potong + bawah kecik

Kemudian deme bungkus macam KETAYAP.

Wowww...............best wo.

Teman dulu buat jual lagi........sambil makan dgn nasik + tom yam

GULAI LEMAK CILIAPI TELUR

Bahan-Bahan:
6 biji telur itik  atau ayam
1 mangkuk pati santan
1 mangkuk santan cair
1 batang serai - dititik
10 biji belimbing buloh - di belah 2
daun kunyit- dikoyakkan sikit

Bahan tumbuk:
10 biji cili api
4 ulas bawang merah
kunyit hidup
Sedikit air
Garam

Cara:
1. Masukkan bahan tumbuk, santan cair, serbuk kunyit & serai ke dalam periuk.
2. Reneh atas api perlahan sehingga mendideh.
3. Masukkan sedikit air agar kuah tidak terlalu pekat.
4. Pecahkan telur itik ke dalam periuk satu persatu - jangan sampai kuning telur
pecah. Biarkan sehingga mendideh.
5. Masukkan  santan pekat, garam, daun kunyit dan belimbing. Kacau dengan perlahan jangan
sampai pecah minyak.
6. Hidangkan dengan nasi putih.

eon biasa buat sambal telur jer..

eon biasa main campak je..

bwg merah
bwg putih
halia ckit
lada kering
sos cili
garam n gula
air asam jawa..
minyak ckit utk tumis..

bwg besar potong bulat..
daun bwg..

telur tu lps rebus gorengkan jap.. lagi best tau!

sama ler kite maklang...kalu telur kuning tu memang tak makan (takut kolesterol)....telur dadar pun tak suka sangat....kalu dlm mee kari ker laksa ker...makan telur putih jer...telur kuning buang...tp kalu telur asin telur kuning tu yg bes tu...adeihhhh...kolesterol....

Komer nie ler..........takut yg bukan bukan plak.

Komer cairkan ler kelesterol tu dgn:
1. exercise sehari minimum 30 minit
2. kurangkan makan, BUKAN tak makan weh:hmm:
3. makan daun pudina or limau
4. kurangkan santan dan tambah susu masam/tairu

sodapnyer msk cili api.. eon ni antu lada.. kalu pedas2 mmg suka..

eon pnh mkn sdara buat.. gulai telor.. best sgt.. rs nak duk umah dia je..

nice...mencegah lebih baik dari merawat tau...kang kalu dah terlebih kolesterol naya ler teman...

ttg cadangan deme tu....memang ada buat ada tidak...ekekkeke:cak:

pasal kurangkan santan ganti tairu tu....hanya utk lauk kari jer ker...or boleh apply kat kuih muih gak...:stp:
