Ok cakap pasal hp ni, Chic pun ada cerita. Last month, my BIL mintak tolong hantar kan dia punya hp, Sony Ericsson, for repair. Dia punya service ctr pat Wisma, dekat tempat keje Chic. So ok la. Chic tolong hantarkan. He bought the phone in Nov last year. Kira baru berapa bulan la kan. Dia punya LCD dah kaput. Can receive and make calls, but nothing comes on the LCD. Bila Chic pegi repair tu, macam2 dia tanya. The stupid warranty card pulak takde chop, takde letak date the phone was purchased, nothing. Selenge kan. Anyways, Chic hantar hari Tuesday. Dia kata ok Friday (before CNY) can collect at 5 pm.
Come Friday, boss pulak cakap half day. So Chic pun balik la. Ingat nak collect the phone on Sat or after CNY. Pukul 5+ got a call from Sony service ctr. Ingat dia nak remind phone dah boleh collect. Rupanya, dia suruh datang to sign indemnity letter. Dia kata dalam corrosion. Phone masuk air ada berkarat. Melenting jugak la. I was supposed to have collected the phone at 5 pm. Diorang call 5+ that same day, to tell me nothing is being done sebab ada corrosion, and I have to sign the letter. Dari Selasa sampai Friday tu diorang buat apa? Apsal tak call earlier? Dah tell them off Chic pun agree la, next week datang sign.
Bila start keje on Wed, Chic pun pegi la sign surat tu. They explained to me, dah sign, warranty kita null and void. They will repair the phone that one time lepas tu any subsequent repairs kena bayar. Chic called BIL dia kata phone tak pernah kena air setahu dia. Tapi dia cakap ok la. Better than nothing. So Chic sign. Berapa hari lepas tu Chic collect the phone. Nak try dulu, tapi Chic tak tau nak keluar kan SIM card dari hp Chic, orang pat sana pun tak tau, maklum la my phone kan Nokia. Diorang semua pakai Sony agaknya. So the guy told me never mind u go home and try. Should be ok. Anything come back. That was Friday. the day before I gave birth. After that baru bagi the phone to BIL masa dia datang rumah. Dia try pakai SIM card dia, langsung tak leh on. SO Chic bilang ngan dia maybe batt flat. Go back and try charge the batt, and try again.
Dia balik, try charge overnight, tak boleh jugak. So he and my sis kena lah gi sendiri the service ctr, sebab Chic maternity. Guess wat? Diorang pat sana refused to do anything. They accused my BIL of menjahanamkan fone tu lagi after it was repaired. They kept saying we've cleaned it the best we can and warranty is null and void. Kept saying Chic dah tau and when I collected it, it was in working order. Which is not true. So my sis dah bengang, call Chic, and I spoke to the girl. In the first place, I didn't send the phone for cleaning, I sent it for repair. Why did she keep saying they've cleaned the damn phone? Sayangnya, Chic tak ambik nama the person I collected the fone from. But I stood my ground and related what had happened. That the agreement was, I go home and try the phone with my SIM card coz the guy who attended to me didn't know how to get my SIM card out and neither did I.
After much arguing, she said ok. So my sis said after that she went inside. Time my sis and BIL tengah tunggu tu, they overheard another girl telling another customer the same thing. That the phone is corroded and there's nothing they can do. Macam standard answer gitu. So when the girl came out with BIL punya phone, dia kata nothing can be done. My sis told her off again, told her what she overheard and asked if they were trained to say the same thing to all customers. The Sony girl muka dah colour2. Then my sis insisted that they do something about it considering the phone is only about 3 months old and the warranty is supposed to be for a year. The girl boleh cakap youhave to buy a new phone. So my sis tanya lah then what is the use of the warranty card? For show only? My sis and BIL berdegil jugak want something to be done. And u know what? The girl masuk lagi, tak lama dia keluar, dia cakap ok your phone ok already. My sis and BIL tercengang la. Huh? what you mean? The girl cakap you all never charge the batt. My sis melenting lagi. You think we're stupid is it? That was the first thing we did. We charged it overnight. Anyways, they tried in front of her, and it was working. Miraculously. After all the arguments. Before they left, my sis cakap ngan hubby dia, see la, this is wat u get for not using Nokia.....wakakakak....the girl fed up aje.... |

me oso..my 1st hp was motorola and cause banayk prob..then use nokia..pastu si nokia pinjamkan orang so meantime i used samsung.Lagi menghampakan sebab tak pasal2 si samsung ni bisu. So til then i use nokia all the way..heheh..aku nye citer tentang hp satu je..ni pon pasal si starhub..i called them to say i nak connect my line sebab dah berbulan tak bayar bil. Since dec, i think, so they potong my line. Masa i call, minah ni nama Nazirah ckp i must pay 180 bucks by 1st march to reconnect. So i pon gi bayar. Then i call back(on sunday), mamat cina ni angkat. Its bad enough they pick up the fon damn long. So aft i give my particulars, dia suruh tunggu. Mak oii...nak dekat 15min seh tunggu! By the time he got back to me, dia kata my fon boleh connect but in 5 working days sebab it was terminated, not suspended. Coz kalau suspended it wil take 24hrs je. Boring tol...by saturday barulah i can use my fon...Grrr... |

model yang ian pakai sekarang...actually prefer pakai nokie but ayah ian jumpa this hp so apa lagi, looks new, ian tukar ah...so far alhamdulilah no problem....kalau ada duit nak tukar lagi |

dorang ckp 5 working days tapi dah leh pakai today, puas ati jugak lah eh
i now use hp nokia jugak sebab most user frenly and apa2 kalau rosak senang nak send for repair coz their service centres senang nak cari
i now use this hp, N3220.. Alah, yang singapore idol phone tu. Beli in late 2004 masa promo Sg Idol. Yang tak best, kat the four corners of this hp ada kluar lampu(serious, mcm ah beng). Masa baru beli, i turn on the lampu nye function laa coz unique. Tapi by the time dah nak 3 bulan pakai, fon tu asik jam. Takleh on or off. By the time dia betol2 off, takleh on balik. Asik kena ulang alik service ctr due to tis lampu prob. nasib baiklah ada warranty so free lah dorang repairkan tu. So smenjak tu dah serik, dah tak nak turn on the lampu ah beng kat fon ni lagi.. teringat betapa terkedu rasanya bila tgk semua pic files yg precious2 hilang dgn sekelip mata :geram: |
