Aku tak jual PS2 gemuk aku...sayang, nak simpan buat koleksi konsol, lagipun koleksi game PS2 aku lebih 500 game. Tapi kalau ko nak jual gak, tak per jual lah.. aiman tak kisah...hihihiih

sejak ade psp ni, ps2 gemuk tak berusik lansung.
mungkin lepas ni aku bukak balik kot pasal nak main online

In the months leading up to the launch of the PlayStation 3 and Wii, barely a week went by without one analyst or another issuing proclamations of doom or promises of riches for both Sony and Nintendo. Now that both consoles are on the market, many investment firms' in-house game-industry experts are giving their assessments of the two companies' fortunes.

The prognostication reached a fever pitch today, when Sony Computer Entertainment (SCE) shuffled its executive lineup. Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) president Kaz Hirai took over the position of SCE president Ken Kutaragi, who was promoted to SCE chairman and retained the title of SCE group CEO. Hirai will also be SCE's chief operating officer, and will relocate to Sony's Tokyo headquarters from SCEA's HQ in Foster City, California.

While Sony spun the changes as a "strengthening" of its executive team, many analysts saw it as a vote of no confidence for Kutaragi's stewardship of the PlayStation 3. The high-tech console's Blu-ray laser drive has been plagued by component manufacturing woes, which drastically limited supply of the console for its Japanese and North American launches, and delayed its European debut until 2007.

Some analysts went one step further, taking Hirai's succession as a harbinger of doom. No one was more pessimistic than Nomura Securities' Yuta Sakurai, who made the astounding prediction that the PlayStation 3 would be the last console Sony, the current console market-share leader, would ever make.

"The appointment of Hirai could be the start of a shift from hardware to software," said Sakurai. "I cannot now imagine a PlayStation 4." According to the Financial Times, Sakurai's reasoning is that "Hirai's new global portfolio puts a predominantly software-focused manager in charge of the company." His logic is reportedly that, with the emphasis moving to software, Sony would go the way of Sega, transforming from a console maker to a mere game publisher.


Critics were quick to point out that, despite its problems, Sony is primarily an electronics manufacturer, and has invested billions in the research and development of the PS3's technology. Despite the hyperbolic tone of Sakurai's comments, SCEA publicity chief Dave Karraker issued a polite response. "Following the launch of the PlayStation 3 just a few weeks ago, and witnessing the huge consumer demand for the product, I think it would be rather short-sighted for anyone to predict there might not be a next generation of PlayStation product," he told GameSpot.

aku support PS3 sebab komunitinye lebih besar among friends... so senang la nak sembang atau tukar info abt any games... walau pun org kata grafik quality 360 better than PS3 aku rasa korang tak rasa pun kalau just pakai TV biasa... unless korang ada HDTV, plasma 50", LCD projector tak pun LCD screen...

maybe next pembaziran (aku tak nak cakap investment) aku ialah upgrade TV aku dulu... pas tu baru beli new console

susuh nak ckp..semua org pikir duit beb..kalu mahal sgt, sape nak beli..kali cd blur ray regernya mencanak tinggi, mana ada gamers yang nak beli...lagi pun , game dalam satu DVD pun berbulan berminggu nak abis, nie kan plak dalam cd yang boleh isi 5 x lbh banyak ...pikr sendiri la beb !!!

susah nak predict.. skrg maybe game cukup dalam dvd..
nanti2 developer dah start buat game yg perlukan storage besar..

mcm final fantasy kat ps1.. zaman tu sapa sangka game kena pakai sampai 4 cd..
imagine game yg dunia dia vast.. luas sgt2.. dgn banyak character (yg tiap satu deisign tak sama) + hi-def graphic.. sure tak muat satu dvd..

Kebenaran dan kenyataan....PS3 tengah jatuh sekarang..bagi rakyat Malaysia...xde gunanya beli PS3 sekarang..x berbaloi....modchip xde...custom firmware xde..game xbanyak...kalau nak beli tunggu lg 1-2 tahun baru beli...time 2, kemungkinan dah ade mod atau custom firmware.... bagi yang xboleh tunggu..beli xbox 360 sbb kebanyakan game exclusive ps3 pergi ke xbox 360...bg PS3 fanboys, kita tengok hingga tahun 2008, setakat mana PS3 boleh bertahan...

Aku mintak maaf dulu kalau kata-kata aku selepas ini akan menyinggung perasaan sesiapa, tp just pendapat aku...mungkin ini takdir bg games dan konsol developer....bg aku konsol yang akan berjaya dlm arena games ni adalah konsol yang dapat di piratekan.....dulu masa konsol2 nintendo, atari sebelum dipiratekan....adakah dunia video games ni popular seperti hari ini??TIDAK..spls psone berjaya dipiratekan..terus konsol video games melonjak naik dan konsol playstation terus naik di mata dunia. Perkara ini terus berterusan sehingga ke PS2..Xbox dan Gamecube. Tetapi cuba kita lihat hari ini..mengapa PS3 tidak berjaya spt konsol2 sebelumnya...tetapi mengapa Wii dan Xbox 360 pula berjaya mengalahkannya sedangkan ia lebih superior dari segi technical berbanding konsol2 tersebut...Jawapannya terletak pada diri kita sendiri sebagai gamers....

berjaya dalam konteks Malaysia iye la kot..
tapi dalam konteks utk dunia bukan sbb pirate ke tak..
sbb market yg besar mcm US dgn Jepun.. diorg tak main game2 pirate ni..
tu pasal PS3, X360 & Wii target utk capture market negara2 ni..
Sbb keuntungan dr negara mcm ni..

Memang betul...tp ps3 akan lebih berjaya kalau ia dipiratekan.....tetapi lihat...ia tidak berjaya spt wii dan 360..sbb apa...sbb still hackers xdpt hack konsol tersebut.....bukan ke sblm ni ps2 diagung agungkan melebihi xbox dan game cube..knp?? sbb ps2 telah berjaya dipiratekan seblm konsol2 tersebut dipiratekan...jgn anggap malaysia jer pandai pirate sbb malaysia pun belajar dr mereka juga...aku percaya selepas ps3 berjaya dipiratekan..barulah ia kembali ke zaman kegemilangannya semula!!!!:@
