Thanx GOD.. aku punya CEO punyala baik. Senyum aja selalu.
Even aku nyer HOD pun jenis yang amik tahu masalah orang bawahan..and Manager aku pun mcm tue.

All of them Lelaki cuma HR and Finance Manager aja perempuan. Tapi both of them ok.. bleh gelak2 lagi and making fun.

Aku nyer CEO.. kalau orang baru masuk.. dia akan buat satu slot untuk dia jumpa personal.. and chit chat ngan dia. Apa yang kita nak for carrer enhancement.. and my CEO ni anak late of VVIP kat m'sia nie. And tersangat la hensem.. haha.. ni yang nak tambah nie.

Aku pernah buat silap.. sampai CTO kat US dok bising2 kat dia.. sampai semua manager also HOD aku tahu. And...silap tu besar juga.. and hampir2 kitaorang lost project tu.. sebab project tu handle by aku and team (3 orang). Diorang tak der ler tegking2 aku...cuma panggil and tanya aku ada masalah ker.. sampai ada buat silap besar... sebab sebelum ni.. aku mmg jenis yang tak der salah.

Alhamdullilah.. dah 4 company aku keje.. and this is the company yang aku comfortable. soo.. aku tak der niat nak benti.

CEO aku.. mix.. germanish + chinese. Manager... Malay + Chinese.
Erm.. bukan tersangat pro.. nobody perfect. Cuma.. kalau ada masalah dengan staff atau orang bawahan buat salah.. diorang takkan sembur depan2 orang lain.. or tinggikan suara.
Setiap perkara ada jalan penyelesaiannya. Kami akan dipanggil personally and discuss what goes wrong or else. Sbb tu aku cakap.. dah 4 company aku g.. ini yang terbaik aku rasakan. Bukan aku tak pernah kene ngan Manager cepat angin and kena marah in front of others.. pernah sampai menagis lagi.

Team work yang penting. Kalau orang bawahan keje dengan keadaan tertekan... productivity menurun.. prestasi terjejas. And my CEO... never show his sour face to others.
