165cm kalo 75kg, badan jenis bnyk lemak la tu kot? (kecuali bdn u macam Lee Priest)
main la sports yg berunsur cardio kalo nak selim.....futsal ka, tennis ka

ada, seminggu 2 kali gi gym - lebih tepat lagi 3 kali / 2minggu ( extremely high intensity training )
sabtu - jogging biasa2
ahad - bodyweight + interval

Body Fat Formula For Men
Factor 1    (Total body weight x 1.082) + 94.42
Factor 2    Waist measurement x 4.15
Lean Body Mass = Factor 1 - Factor 2
Body Fat Weight    = Total bodyweight - Lean Body Mass
Body Fat Percentage = (Body Fat Weight x 100) / Total bodyweight

waist dlm inch & weight unit dlm pound.. 1 kg = 2.2 lbs

kira lah sendiri.. formula nih mmg tak lari jauh ngan OMRON BF analyzer (yang 4 terminal) yg aku selalu pakai.. kira hampir tepat..

biar aku padamkan "misconception" ko pasal exercise nih..

tak semua exercise jadi body builder.. lain approach > lain result dia..

mcm aku badan tak besar2 pon.. sbb aku focus kat strength & core..

malam nih aku gi gym.. kalo ko nak join.. dipersilakan..

entahla nape ada misconception macam ni ekk?
aku kadang naik menyampah bila ada org cakap "eh, taknaklah, nnti jadik besor cam Arnold, pompuan tak suka"
blerghhhh......org yg dah bertahun2 main pon body mcm biasa saje....plg kuat pon atletik
kalo tak penoh Malaysia ni dgn bodybuilder cam Arnold kat jln raya skg

you have to put 200% training, 200% diet, 200% dedication and a super perfect GENETICS to become a bodybuilder daa.

pernah dgr org cakap sesapa yg berusha akan dapat mengalahkan genius kan?
its totally crap in bb, you can never defeat somebody with good genetics

jalan yg dimaksudkan ialah jalan laju-laju..

tp, dah nama jalan, impact kurang, aerobic effect pon kurang.. so kurang lah kalori yg dibakar..
