sorry, lama x jengah forum..

ni resepi filling white choc ngan cream cheese

Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package white chocolate chips or vanilla chips
1/4 cup whipping cream
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
assorted fruit
raspberries
kiwi
peach (etc.)


Directions

1.Carefully melt the vanilla or white chocolate chips and the creameither carefully on the stove on very low, stirring constantly, or inthe microwave.

2. Beat in the cream cheese.

3. When crust is cool, pour on the melted chocolate/cheese mixture, spreading evenly.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve--at least 3 hours.

5. Slice the fruit of your choice and place on the tart in an attractive manner.

6. This is best eaten the same day it's made.

7. But there won't be any leftovers anyway.

baru je buat blueberry cheese tart, ikut resipi 1mas2ra .. sedap tapi mase bakar untuk kali kedua lepas isi filling, tart shell mengembang dan merekah .. perlu isi dalam paper cup atau bakar dalam tart mould ke untuk yang kali kedua tu ? any suggestion ?

maklang nak share bbp tips berkenaan ngan tat sbb ada yg bertanya ngaper boleh kecut filling, kenapa cepat lemau, kat mana nak simpan dan sbgnya...ini berdasarkan x'perience sejak menceburi dunia tat ...heheheh....alhamdulillah setakat ni cust. suka dgn tat yg maklang buat dan selalunya repeat order.

Tart shell
1. simpan dlm fridge...jgn biarkan dlm suhu bilik nanti shell dia jadi lembut n rapuh..lagi pulak cistat ada cheese mestilah duk dlm eksbox kan...baru chedap nak makan....sejuk je masuk mulut ...dessert sedap mkn sejuk2 je..tartlet pun sam gak le.

2. nak simpan tat shell msk dlm bekas kedap udara n simpan dlm fridge supaya tahan lama

3. utk tatlet lak, sapu shell tu ngan cooking coklat supaya pastrynya lebih mantap...buahkan ada air, bila ada air  shell tu jadi cpt lembik... jadi sapu ngan coklat dulu k sbb coklat tu akan keraskan pastry tu...kira dpt cover le shell tu le..

Filling
1. kalo takmo kecut, masukkan skit whipping cream, adunan jgn pekat dan jgn cair....kalo pekat lepas bakor tu dia cam berkedut je fillingnya...tak cun

2. utk tat buah lak, bagi yg guna instant custard, dinasihat letak dlm fridge, kalo kastad biasa tu ok lagilah...dia kental...iinstant dia cair skit..

Utk dptkan cistat n fruitat yg chedap :-

Cistat
-letakkan bberi didasar pastu letak chis n atas cheese tu baru letak ciput bberi utk design
- adunan cheese tu guna sunquick instead vanila....

Tatlet
- guna kastad yg ada letak majerin didalamnya...ada rasa lemak skit...

Sekian saje tips dr mklang ....kalo ada yg nak tokok tambah silakan.....

memang akan buat resipi ni...untuk raya ari tu...200 biji order tar bluebery & strawbery...hanya untuk makan tuan rumah, bukan untuk tetAMU...tu yang dok pikiaq...since resipi dah ada...kena buat juga ni....cuma persoalan nya...bila? coz very the busy...hehhehe

Salam,

tiba-tiba teringin nk buat cictat, tapi malas nk buat tart casing. last buat tart masa raya puasa hari tu. that time saya masih dalam pantang. sbg shortcut buat tart casing, maka saya pun oda saja ... dgn sapa? jeng jeng jeng.. dgn mamafami ...tada ... (tart casing aje ...)


harum, wangi je bau dia...tak sabar lah nk wat tart nih. balik keje smlm, dlm hujan2, pegi le ke puchong, nk ke BWY, nk beli cream cheese. alih2 tutup!! boring je... dah le jam. tgh hari ni ingat nk gi yummie lah. cream cheese kat sini lagi murah.

nnt sy tepek hasilnya yer...

ni ade resepi pai labu..sedap tau..my mum slalu buat..tp i x pena try lg...sape nak cube..sile la..nanti tepekla hasilnye...

PAI LABU:
bahan kulit
7 aun tpg gandum
1 aun tpg jagung
4-5 aun mentega
secubit garam
4-5 sudu makan air sejuk
1 biji kuning telur

* majalh dolu2 pakai aun..timbang kan ade aun jgk kan..
cara:
-ptotng mentega kecik2,ayak tepung..
-masukkan mentega,garam ngan kuning telur dlm tepung..uli buat mcm yg pakai jari tu..ape tah namenye..korg mesti paham kan..
-campur air sejuk sikit2 hingga dpt diuli..
-perapkan 15 minit..tekan dlm acuan tart/pai..
-cucuk adunan yg da diterap dgn garfu..
-bakar dlm 15 min atau separuh masak dgn 180 C..

intinye:
1 cwn labu manis (direbus dan lecek halus)
1/2 cwn gula pasir
2 biji telur
1/2 cwn susu cair
secubit garam
2 sudu makan tpg gandum

cara:
-pukul telur dgn gula hingga kembang.
-masukkan tpg dan kacau sebati
-masukkan labu,susu,garam..
-kacau atas api hingga pekat
-bila da masak,tuangkan kastard labu atas kulit pai/tart
-bakar lg 10 min sampai kastardnya x melekat bila dicucuk..

selamat mencube...

u bole visit blog mamafami. http://mamafami.blogspot.com . yg nih self collect. kat BWY puchong pernah nampak gak dia jual ready made casing nih. ramai forumer kat dlm ni yg buat sale, yg penting u bole gi pick up. benda nih rasanya takleh nk post kot, takut hancur.
