Lupa pulak..keje kat call centre ni ko takleh sesuka hati nak gi meng"ulor" bayar bil letrik la, nak g bank la...sebab kalau ko "not ready" lama sangat nanti affected performance..kiranya waktu rehat 1 jam tu la ko guna untuk buat semua tuh. Pegi toilet pun takleh lama-lama tau.
Mental memang kena cukup kuat. Kalau tak kuat, boleh jadik gila layan karenah customer and management. Jangan risau la kalau ko baru sebulan kerja kat situ tapi still takleh nak resolved problem on the spot. All these thing need experience. So don't worry la if you feel you can't pick up certain things.

training sebulan jer..g naik public transport, tambang rm1 jer sehari heheheh..parking mmg susah, tapi ada gak parking yg sebulan seratus..kat luar, dekat2 situ gak..yg umur 30'an ada jer kat situ, jgn risau

Kalau u nak sangat tahu mcm mana service diowang why dont u try and call them up..memang lousy giller. But kalau u nak carik kerja between digi and maxis, i think digi will be much better because maxis will only take contract staff, so sedikit sebanyak kebajikan u tak terjaga. They will not care what will happen to you, their main concern is only about you doing the job by hook or by crook.

I have few frens who are frm maxis and digi. From what i heard both are very bad but maxis is worse. So kalau u dpt offer between maxis and digi, i think better u amik digi.

But babe, i think u better go for the WALK IN interview. Since u are still new in the job market, maybe u can gain some experience about how it feels like. Just to make yourself familiar with the process. This is considered as one of the skills as well. Tak rugi to look around.

The more jobs interviews that u attend the more confident you will get..Kalau dekat company2 yang established lagi bagus because their interview process will be very selective and more challenging. So from there u can know where u fare.

Hmm no komen lah. I guess only ppl who have had this CS experience know well  wat is the real meaning of CS. It's NOT AT ALL as easy as you're calling customer service. As a CS you're the one who is answering/solving/managing ppl! Maybe for those yg jarang tpon call center for complaint, mmg rasa keje ni senang.
Anyway in my opinion, handling cust's complaint ni boleh belajar caranya. sapa yg dah ada experience mmg dah tau lah tp yg paling ku x suka ialah as mentioned by Lilo. Ko bukan leh sesuka hati mengulor. Kadang2 bukan nak ngular apa pon, like u said lah, nak bayar bil segala bukan boleh. Once you're in "ready" status, you're like tide to your chair. Untuk aku yg sudah berfamily ni quite burden sbb cuti x boleh nak amik sesuka hati n as usual kalau public holiday agak tertekan jugaklah. Rasanya kalau org bujang keje ni ok kot.
