- Provides on or off-site corrective or preventative maintenance and post-sales support
- Project co-ordination, installation & documentation
- Programming & coding may required
- Provide in time service to our customer in terms of question answer and urgent supporting
- Analyzing problems during service period, consolidating issues and providing solutions accordingly
- Providing service report after service activity
Requirements
- Candidate must poses Diploma or Higher Diploma in Information Technology, Network & Communication or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in Windows 2008/2012, SQL 2008 / 2012, E1, ISDN, LAN / WAN technology.
- Extensive knowledge of networking skills with strong fundamentals in OSI 7-Layer Model, TCP/IP, DNS lookup, VoIP etc. an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and coordination skills with all levels of management.
- Required language(s): Bahasa, Malaysia, English
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST.
- Good personality and interpersonal skills.
- Must possess own transport.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions only
Optional: Visual Basic / .Net Programming and knowledge with ECM solution willhave better package
