Good day! Selamat berpuasa

Nak tanya, korang pernah try buat squat kat rumah? So far capai as expected tak?

Benefits squats :

1. Membentuk tubuh badan ideal
2. Membakar kalori
3. Keseimbangan badan (untuk kekuatan kaki)
4. Stamina
5. Mencantikkan bentuk punggung

so far, menjadi

i penah direct squat sebulan, mmg nampak perubahan .. bhgn thigh gap, kecik sikit, bon bon jd comel membulat ja .. peha rasa muscle, bkn x lemak, x boleh nk cubit

yes, squat helps cuma kene tahan burning pain dia tu je la... i kalo squat suka angkat weight sekali...

yes, squat helps cuma ken ...

skrang dh bambam dahhhhh dah boleh dicubit di kiri kanan part hahahha

i squat skali ngn kettlebell 4kg .. haa betul2.. kene tahan sakit 2-3 hari bru baik .. time solat, rasa nak menanges tahan sakit

i dh try sebulan, nampak perubahan, i stop .. cmneeee hahah

thn lepas i buat exp .. time bulan puasa treadmill, sejam, 350++ kalori buang, terasa la jgak bdn ni kecik sikit .. butttt kene RAJIN .. tp x rajin dah ahhahha

klu u nk buat, buat setgh jam before berbuka, jalan slow je atas tu .. (nasihat dr personal trainer)
mse i buat exp tu, time i x puasa hehehe

selain aktif gym , kene jage makan .. tu x boleh tu .. tahan sehari dua okla. ni smpai bebila tu payah

lepas keje terus g gym.. balik just in time for mandi2 and siap2 utk buka... jgn push sgt.. i buat incline max tp speed tu average je tak yah laju sgt jalan.. nanti lemau.. i just target 250-300 calories burn (according to threadmill tu la) pastu buat abs skit then balik.. xde la nk lunges bagai... x larat..

then try lepas buka ke..or terawih..kalo g gym..biasa bukak smpi kul 12 malam.. tp tu la larat ke x larat aje...x pun buat kt umah.. tp kene kuat la... sbb kalo i kt umah kata nk buat sekali lepak depan tv.. mmg x bergerak la jawabnya..yg gerak mulut i dok mengunyah..huhu

Wahh..best nye tengok korg..geng2 gym gak korg ni...

Dulu start masuk gym konon nak warm up utk running 10km. Enjoyyy walaupun naik threadmills and buat yoga cmtu je pon..

Sekarang da busy kerja, dah jarang masuk gym. Baru2 ni tergerak hati nak buat squat je kat rumah. Berpeluh gak la puasa2 ni

Dah download video squat kat youtube, bole buat lagi rini. Target squat movement 50 per day.

Ni pun peha dah start sakit...Tapi nak buat juga

kalo ada aim tertentu..satu jenis exrcise je x jln sis

kena buat hiit exercise setiap hari
inch loss dah pasti
tambah plak jaga kalori. mesti terbaik
