Nak tanya kan.. Kalau I ada slipped disc dkt lower spine L4 and L5 kan.. Susah tak nak pregnant nanti? Means akan ganggu tak? Akan sakit serious ke?

dah ada therad pasal ni yanis; cek dalam thread search bar tu.
pegnancy in herniated disc, maka symptoms akan bertambah..malah, bahagian yg herniated tu pon mungkin bertambah dan jika unlucky nauzubillah, akan ada yg tero-pulsed into the spinal canal..parah tu

so if pregnant, kena absolutely jaga back betul betul
sila tgk youtube how to look after you back (byk kali dah i type pasal ni in many threads)

eh boleh je pregnant, but the risk will come as explained.
you have to manage these risks.
do check in youtube about the changes of the centre of gravity in a pregnant woman
