  • To coordinate and execute purchasing activities and supplier     deliveries to meet company requirement
  • To liaise / negotiate with suppliers for quotation, pricing,     delivery schedule and all purchase order related matters
  • To maintain accurate record of Delivery Order & monitor     outstanding orders from suppliers and ensure all requisitions are met
  • To oversee and follow up on the daily stock level movement     for forecast purchases and stock relocate issue
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to     time
  • Scanning, filing and administration of all purchase     orders
  • Stationery requests and raising of stationary purchase     orders
  • to ensure correct budget holders has signed them, raise     orders, chase delivery with originator and book in
  • Candidate must possess at     least Diploma

  • Able to communicate in English or Malay
  • Able to communicate in Chinese is an advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision,     self-motivated and good time management
  • Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to     apply
  • No experience is required, training will be provided
  • 5 days work
  • Must be able to work on shirts, weekends and public holidays
