Lokasi kerja: Sekitar KL & Selangor
Masa kerja: 9am-5pm Isnin - Jumaat
Keperluan Laporan kerja:
Pihak Syarikat menyediakan peralatan keperluan kerja (tools)
- Komputer riba
- Alatan selenggaraan

Gaji: RM1,500.00 – RM1,600.00
*ada kenaikan tahunan mengikut prestasi

Probation period: 3 bulan selepas bulan pertama (latihan)
Cuti Tahunan: 7-14hari
Medical Leave: max. 14hari/tahun
Cuti sakit disebabkan kemasukan ke Wad: 60hari
Benefit Syarikat: Insuran perlindungan, Caruman KWSP & SOCSO

Skop kerja:
Selenggaraan Alatan/Cabinet IT Telco (di dalam dan luar bangunan)
1. Team Preventive Maintenance
- general cleaning i.e. cabinet, equipment
- equipment & system health check
- faulty parts replacement
- alarm rectification
- daily & monthly quota
- timely reporting
- spare part management
2. Team Fault Restoration
- 24x7 standby
- fault rectification within SLA (adhoc)
- fault rectification as and when requested by customer
- spare part management
3. Remote Support Technician (preferred Woman)
- monitor and escalate Network Management System (NMS)
- 2nd Level fault rectification within SLA (adhoc)
- Maintain equipment inventory and Spare Management
- Documentation and Report

Syarat perlantikan;
- Calon hendaklah berumur 18 – 30 tahun
- Memiliki min. Motosikal sebagai pengangkutan
- Mempunyai kemahiran asas komputer dan rangkaian
