INFORMATION
-This is an IT company that provides IT maintenance
-Working location in Cheras, near to One Shamelin shopping mall
-Working hour is from 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday
-Salary package is up from RM2500-RM3200 (Junior),RM3200 above (Senior) ,negotiable based on your working experience
-Entitled for monthly fixed petrol allowance (RM500), telephone allowance (RM100)
-Parking and toll is claimable with receipts


JOB DESCRIPTION
-To troubleshoot software and hardware for PC, laptop and etc.
-Knowledge on computer hardware, software, network, wireless and other smart gadgets within the company's IT infrastructure
-To troubleshoot systems and network issues and diagnose IT issues
-To provide technical support to end-users


JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (Training will be provided)
-SPM, Diploma or Degree
-Able to speak good English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Good working attitude and willingness to learn
