time pkp operasi hotel terjejas tp developer suruh byr full duit sewa

hi sy nak tanya sikit lah en. Sy bekerja dkt satu hotel area bukit bintang, KL. Time PKP haritu industri pelancongan and hotel mmg lumpuh habis.. Tp yg paling sedih bila developer still suruh buat full payment duit sewa tapak diorang... Management hotel terpaksa buang staff sbb tk mampu nk byr. Kesian sy tgk kawan kawan ramai yg kena buang nak sara anak bini bagai cemana en. Ada tanya management and diorang cakap sebulan kena byr sewa 50K and skrg ada tunggakan 3 bulan. Management cakap kalau tk cukup jugak nak byr lepasni tk tahu lah cemana haih... Korang ada cadangan tk cemana nak bantu???

When I studied history of odessa I was extremely surprised by all the events that took place in this city. My wife and I decided to go to Ukraine and, through our example, feel and see the whole abundance of architecture and culture. We stayed at a hotel in the city center that turned out to be an old building in a modern style. They treated us kindly and paid for it daily. I liked this position, that we live and pay. I advise many people to consider their trip to this city, especially since there is a very clear sea and pleasant residents.

alamak tkde timbang rasa langsung en pihak developer tu. Dah lah industri pelancongan mati time PKP mana nak dpt sumber kewangan untuk byr sewa tapak. At least kurangkan bayaran sewa pun dah ok haih

utk 3 bulan tunggakan total 150k lah en? pehhh padu beb haha kalau nak cepat settle and boleh sustain business kena buat loan lah kasi settle bayaran sewa dulu... byk loan yg  boleh pinjam sampai 150k ha so ngam sgt ah tu.nk wat mcm mana kan bukan kita mintak jd mcm ni.ramai terjejas

tulah pasal selfish gila developer mcm ni... time pkp byk industri terjejas so faham faham sendiri lah nak ringankan beban org lain juga... Dah hotel semua kena tutup acano nak byr sewa sebulan sampai 50k adoi

rumah sewa aku owner cakap takyah byr 3 bulan. 3 bulan duduk free beb syukur rejekiii

wei kalau business dia besar mmg sayang lah wei nak biar centu je. at least buat something lah nak selamatkan business tu. boleh try buat loan lah ubtuk cover business loss... Apa susah minta je dkt yayasan ,mcm yayasan ihsan rakyat ke kompom selamat sbb company dia syariah compliant.. Pasal dia punya profit rate kira rendah gak la. aku dah buat survey... dalam 6.5% - 9.99%

apa yg matinya??? byr pelan pelan lah adoi nak bayar semua mmg lah mati... Buat loan ni boleh bayar sampai 10 tahun so chill je tiap bulan byr sikit sikit
