Tilikum, the most famous killer whale in the world. Spending the rest of his life in captivity and has taken the lives of several people. This was the beginning of his living nightmare.
In 1983, two-year-old Tilikum was kidnapped in Iceland. He was kept in a cement holding tank for over a year until he was sold to a nearby aquarium and transferred to the Sealand of the Pacific, in British Columbia, Canada. He was placed with another two female whales in a small pool and forced to perform eight times per day. When he did not perform well, food was withheld from both him and his tankmates. In such a small pool, Tilikum has no family or friends. He was considered lower in social rank and he often attacks by two dominant female orcas with their teeth. The constant stress and exhaustion left him with stomach ulcers and dorsal fin failure and it also caused Tilikum to exhibit abnormal behavior that led to his aggression towards humans, resulting in the tragic death of three people in 1991, 1999, and 2010. Whenever that happened, Tilikum was isolated for a while and was returned to performing.

Kalau cerita yg tak melibatkan binatang, walau sedih mcmmana pun i tak pernah nak nangis...tapi kalau pasal binatang lagi2 pasal pet yg dibuang owner, berjurai oiii airmata
