Celery & Onion Saute [RasaCinta]

1 clove garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/8 ts. sage
1/8 ts. marjoram
1/8 cup chopped parsley
1 tbsp. oil

Heat pan. Add oil and saute over high heat for 1 minute. Add onions, celery, green pepper, spices, stirring frequently for 2 to 3 minutes. Add parsley, stir fry one minute


Stir-fried taugeh and celery [RasaCinta]

Ingredients:

1 lb taugeh
4 Celery stalks
2 tbsp Oil
1/2 ts Salt } banyak gak nih...why not drizzle sket jek
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup Stock

1. Bersihkan togeh..potong celery..
2. Panaskan minyak..add celery and stir-fry 1 min.. baru masuk togeh.
3. Add in salt, soy sauce n stock..cook 2 to 3 mins..
4. Serve

note:
nak sedap.. leh letak sket halia.... yummiie...


Stir-fried celery and mushrooms [RasaCinta]

4 Servings
Ingredients:

2 cup Celery
1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms (jgn yg strong cam shitake!)
3 tb Oil  
Salt

1. Trim off leaves and tough ends of celery..potong serong (suka hati) 1-1/2 inch sections.. potong cendawan..

2. Panaskan minyak...masukkan celery and stir-fry 2 to 3 mins

3. Add mushrooms; stir-fry until they soften

Cod with garlic [RasaCinta]

4 Servings
Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb Fresh cod fillets } marinate with lime juice dlm 1 jam
1 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1 ts Olive oil
1 tb Unsalted butter

   Sos
5 tbsp bawang putih, dihiris halus
3 tbsp tepung
1 btg daun sop
Salt and pepper

1. Panaskan butter dgn minyak...saute garlic hingga kekuningan.. asingkan, pastu goreng ikan lak (remove excess jus).. ratakan tepung.. goreng dlm 2-3 mins.. atau sampai crispy.. dah tu letak dlm pinggan..

SOS - sambung masak garlic...letak lime jus bekas ikan tadi...... kacau dan masukkan bahan2 seterusnya   

   Pour the sauce over the fish and serve immediately..

Bawal kukus [RasaCinta]

Bhn2 nya

1 ekor ikan bawal, dibersihkan
2 tangkai daun sop, dipotong
2 tangkai daun bawang, dipotong
1 biji limau nipis } ambil airnya
salt+pepper
1 camca stok ikan bilis
2 cloves garlic, ditumbuk

1. Perap ikan dgn air limau nipis, pepper, salt, garlic dan juga stok ikan bilis.
2. Panaskan tempat kukus dgn air secukupnya dan kukus ikan..Taburkan daun sop dan daun bawang..
3. Kukus hingga ikan masak..angkat dan hidang..

Buncis goreng India [RasaCinta]

3 sudu makan minyak zaitun
1 ulas bawang] mayang bulat
2 btg cili merah] dihiris
4 helai daun kari
400 g kacang buncis] potong serong
1 camca biji sawi/mustard seed
1 camca kunyit serbuk
garam

Bhn utk dikisar
4 onions
2 cloves garlic

1. Panaskan minyak..Tumis bawang besar, bahan kisar dan cili merah.. masukkan daun kari, kacau.
2. Masukkan buncis..season.. pastu masukkan biji sawi dan serbuk kunyit.
3. Hidang



Carrots and olives [RasaCinta]


INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp extra virgin oil
500 g carrots, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
fresh parsley, chopped
12 green olives, sliced

1. Heat oil..add carrot.. cook 10 mins.
2. Add in garlic, parsley, n oilves..stir..
3. Season with black pepper/salt..
4. Serve

0 mg cholesterol;



Bayam masak kismis [RasaCinta]


Bhn2nya

500 g bayam } siang
1 sudu makan olive oil
1 biji bawang merah, dihiris
1 clove garlic, dihiris
2 sudu makan raisins (sultana..asalkan jgn yg masam!! )
pinch ground cinnamon

Panaskan minyak..Tumis bawang sampai wangi..
besarkan api sket..add in garlic.. cook 1 min.
then masukkan bayam, sedikit air, kismis dan cinnamon..
tutup periuk, biar masak dlm 2 min..

0 mg cholesterol;

Red Mullet with Cumin [RasaCinta]

INGREDIENTS

8-12 red mullets / ikan merah (tgk saiz ler)
*buat kelar dlm 2-3 garis

Bhn perap
2 ts cumin } blend
1 ts Paprika
4 tbsp lemon jus
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt / black pepper

1. Gaul bahan perap dan ramas ke seluruh ikan...Biarkan 2 jam.
2. Grill or BBQ for 3-4 mins til flesh is tender..

note:
sedap dimakan dgn sos tomato buatan sendiri

Strawberries in spiced Grape jelly [RasaCinta]

serves 4
INGREDIENTS

450 ml grape jus
1 btg kayu manis
1 small orange } shred the rind / kulit
1 tbsp powdered gelatin (konyaku / conjack laie sedap.. )
8 oz strawberries, chopped

1. Panaskan grape jus & kayu manis dan kulit oren sekali...lepas 10 mins gitu asingkan kayu manis dgn kulit oren..

2. Perah jus oren...masukkan gelatin...... stir until dissolve in grape jus

3. Alihkan dr api...masukkan strawberi...gaul.. tuang dlm cup moulds...... chill!

Sup labu air [RasaCinta]

Bhn2 nya

10 ml minyak
20 g garlic] sliced
20 g ginger
50 g isi daging ayam
100 g labu air] diced
200 ml air
30 g daun bawang
pinch of salt

1. Saute garlic+ginger.. til fragrant..
2. Masukkan isi daging ayam, labu air dgn air sekali
3. Biarkan masak...Tabur daun bawang atas sup
4. Hidang

Bening Brokoli telur [RasaCinta]

telor.. sekali sekala ajer la.. garlic org tak suka baunya but it's a good anti-oxidant

Bhn2nya:

300 g brokoli
1 biji telur
3 cloves garlic] ketuk
1 kiub ikan bilis

1. Masukkan kiub ikan bilis bersama garlic dlm air.. didihkan
2. Pecahkan telur.. kacau
3. Masukkan brokoli...Matikan api
4. Hidang

Variety of Oats

[by Noormasri]
1. Oats + susu segar + gula skit masuk dlm microwave 1 minit..sedia utk dimakan.

2. Oats + air secukupnya panaskan atas dapur sehingga jadik cam bubur makan dgn sambal ikan bilis pedas..pon sedap.

3. Buat bubur oats buh hirisan  ayam/daging, carot, celery..nak makan tabur bawang goreng ..pon sedap..

boleh cuba ayam goreng quaker oats.... ayam ditabur quaker oats,  dicelup telur dan digoreng....

atau telur goreng quaker oats... kacau telur dengan tomato dan quaker oats... kemudian goreng.....
