Anyone fancy collecting postcards?

Postcard is something beautiful. I've started to collect postcard last year. Here, this is a great website that I would suggest you to check out if you are interested in collecting postcards. www.postcrossing.com. If you send a postcard, you'll received postcard from the other around the world randomly. ^^I've collected eight postcards already. |

I like collecting postcards, too. What I usually do is buy a postcards when I travelled, and then sent it back to our home here! So I would get the postcard AND stamps from places I visited, too. |

That's cool... stamps, I collect that too but only one book. I collected most of the stamps when my penpals write to me. |

Oh I don't really collect stamps, only when we travelled around the husband and I likes to buy stamps and postcards. Sort of like souvenirs from those places |

do you like to collect postcards of places that you have been to, or just any postcards would do? For me, I only collect postcards of places that I have gone to. Or when my friends/families had to go places, then they know that they need not but me anything. Just send me a postcard  |

Well, any where is fine for me, as long as it's about view, art, culture, places, building or animals. i don't travel very often so i enjoy the fun from the postcards people post to me. That's the only way i can figure out for now. ^^ |

Sesapa yang crazy over postcards memang patut join postcrossing.com
Boleh dapat various types of cards from there. Of course kena fork out duit lebih sikit to buy the cards and stamps too!!! Tapi memang worth it if you really love receiving and sending cards all over the world....
We even have a Bahasa Malaysia forum there where we share news about postcards around Malaysia, i.e. where to buy them, what types yang boleh di beli etc etc. For now ada about less than 10 active Malaysian yang berforum/exchanging info kat situ. So anyone interested...jom lah!!! |

terima masih kerana memperkenalkan website ini.
bagus juga cara website ni. dia bagi random address. so rasa tertanya-tanya juga ke mana nak dihantar poskad ni. buat hari ini, saya akan hantar 2 keping poskad dahulu ke Findland dan Netherlands.
anyway, saya juga ada la simpan juga p[oskad masa ada pen pal dengan orang Hungary. dah lost contact terus tak simpan dah. banyak juga poskad lama yang dah jadi harta karun atau ditelan zaman. |

CharlieDale - thanks for joining!!! I saw your name at the site. Trust me you will have fun. Join us lah kat forum postcrossing communities, thread "bahasa melayu". We all dicuss kat situ kata mana nak dapat cheap postcards and varieties of them. Info about stamps pun ada kat situ! ;) Also be prepared u will get alot or even sent most of your cards to Finland, USA or Germany sebab most of the active postcrossers are from these 3 countries!
Besides exchanging cards, you can also swap other stuffs, like stamps, teabags, stationery and etc etc. On top of your official cards tu, if you pegi kat "forum", you can also do tagging. Ni lagi cepat dapat cards then thru official, sebab official maximum is 5 cards aje. Kat tagging, u boleh tag sebanyak mana u suka, of course, ikut theme yang u choose lah!! If u tak faham, go to thread bahasa mealyu, nanti kita cerita panjang lagi eh!!!
